13/7/2022 13:22 | I hope the Management has evaluated the best way to get value for the shareholders by proposing to do another 1M buyback. They must know the stage of any new sale of land, and how the company is doing going ahead. Brokers are expecting EPS of 5.1p, which means the shares are trading on PE of 6 and a huge discount to NAV 106.20p. If they decided last April on the first buyback when the share price was 42 to 45p, sure there is much value now when is almost half that price. | master rsi
13/7/2022 12:47 | Gecko Not to worry about red mark, I have been around these boards for 22 years, so you get enemies after one tell them off in the past, must be a "blue" who has been doing it for the last week, most times there are not even shareholders on INL just to be nasty stalkers. Glad you agree with my points note:I see ticks 5 up 1 down (w@nker) I get my revenge, that is easy | master rsi
13/7/2022 12:13 | Be thankful for the fearful they create bargains for the greedy | spob

13/7/2022 11:50 | For the "doom-mongers" still playing -wolf- despite being flush OUT, not to the toilet yet. 1 - Any buyback of shares at such a discount to NAV is a positive thing for the company and shareholders. 2 - Being fewer shares on the market represents in the end a higher NAV 3 - Buyback at 29p, while NAV of 106p represents a 365% increase in value, sure not able to get such an improvement on "working capital or paying debt. 4 - Your game is up, as there is always an agenda on "doom-mongers" posts." | master rsi
13/7/2022 11:00 | So the company announced this morning another £1M share BUYBACK, as not much money was left from the last £1M, and buying £1 worth £5 is an opportunity not to be missed was their conclusion, or maybe just mine..... Increase to Share Buyback Programme Inland Homes today announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 19 April 2022, the Board has elected to increase the Share Buyback Programme which commenced on 19 April 2022 by up to an additional £1 million, to a maximum consideration of £2 million. All other terms of the Share Buyback Programme remain as announced on 19 April 2022. | master rsi
13/7/2022 10:51 | How is the buyback a vanity project. They're doing what most companies fail to do. Buying back their shares at a massive discount to NAV. Of course the big question is how reflective of actual value of assets is the current NAV but its moot frankly given the massive stock price collapse. If only the likes of Shell and other blue chips would buyback when their share price is low(rather than when it is at its zenith!!) | geckotheglorious
13/7/2022 10:49 | Share buyback of £1M is getting close to finish... Not many buys 35K yesterday, but not much money left £17,773.36 of the 1M ........ Inland Homes announces that on 12 July 2022 it purchased 35,000 ordinary shares at 28.44 pence | master rsi
13/7/2022 10:11 | It is not a vanity project. It is a necessity to keep the market cap healthy. besides the amount involved is small compared to the assets the company owns. They just need to keep selling plots for us to see value. And the more shares they pick up at these distressed prices the better the value for the rest of us. | farrugia
13/7/2022 09:55 | umm..the company is highly profitable, it's on an enormous discount to nta which should be north of 112p by year end (cant recall ever seeing a property company at this magnitude of a discount). And net debt is reducing way faster than forecast. The only thing wrong with the buyback is its far too small. | hugepants
13/7/2022 09:08 | Oi OI ... couldn't agree more ... vanity project to stick two fingers up at the market as if trying to say that the market has valued the company incorrectly . Going to look stupid if they need to raise cash later this year | inlandinvestment
13/7/2022 08:29 | I just don't understand the rationale right now for the buy-back. There are 226,071,367 shares in circulation. £2mill (or rather the newly announced £1mill and whatever is left of the original £1mill announced in April) is not going to make a jot of difference imo. Perhaps that £2mill would be better deployed on planning costs, or working capital or the debt? Interested to hear others thoughts. | oi_oi_savaloy
13/7/2022 07:58 | Either the NAV is around 100pps and this is a strong buy signal, or there are hidden losses and the buy back is a desperate attempt to halt the slide in the share price. Directors need to come clean about what is really going on. | grahamg8
12/7/2022 16:42 | Has inflation reached a peak? oil prices are well down $95 from their high $118 about 19% Metal prices have come down too, by 17% from peak Shoppers have cut down on their shopping basket With time inflation is going to fall fast So no need for Interest rates to be rushed up | master rsi

12/7/2022 15:04 | 30 v 31p +2.30p The doom-mongers managed their aim to bring the share price down. Now some took advantage of the low price and buying large amounts. There is always an aim for going that Would someone mention those " doom-mongers " or wolfs in sheep's clothing. | master rsi

12/7/2022 04:14 | Just too much debt, cost over runs, planning delays and slow sales. Some tbi k that is all priced in, others don't. | shaker44
12/7/2022 02:12 | Good morning, I've been considering Inland Homes but find myself all at sea. Is there something fishy here? | glavey
11/7/2022 23:51 | I have finally signed up...mainly to persuade Savaloy to continue the sensible and considered analysis of INL. Don't be put off by bitter traders losing money | propsulike |
