22/1/2020 09:28 | Remember they once bodged their results and had to re-do as they'd messed up an accounting policy. So they're very belt and braces. This time they've got a lot with Wilton park and Cheshunt to talk about and explain how they're going to turn the planning permissions into financed worked out schemes. These results have to form the selling document for the next phase of their growth. | igbertsponk
22/1/2020 09:15 | spot1034, I think that you could be right. There has been little news for some time and in particular since the two planning permissions. I would have expected some conditional agreements to have been concluded. We shall see. I anticipate much to digest when they are released. | bwm2
22/1/2020 08:34 | They normally issue an RNS giving notice of results. In the past this has varied from several weeks to just a couple of days, so there is still time for them to give notice ahead of the actual results. However given that they've known for many months that they are intending to announce results in January, one has to wonder whether something might be going on behind the scenes which means they still can't be sure of the exact date. | spot1034

21/1/2020 15:39 | Rises everyday is good but one note of caution is that sometimes it's better to travel than arrive. | manrobert
21/1/2020 10:54 | More positive news! There was a 6.8% annual jump in residential transactions in the UK, according to official figures published this morning by HMRC. "Transaction numbers are always a much better indicator of property market health than volatile house prices," said Jeremy Leaf, north London estate agent and a former RICS residential chairman. "These figures are encouraging because they show an increase in transactions in December, up on November and the previous year. 'While HMRC advises caution and not to get too carried away, it’s certainly a positive, particularly as the impact of the general election is yet to be felt on transaction numbers. "Certainly, on the ground, we are finding that the election and more clarity on Brexit seems to be contributing to a much-needed recovery in housing market confidence." | sev22

16/1/2020 10:22 | Last week in January is my bet. There is/was a management incentive to get the price to 100p from memory so that could well be the driver here. spud | spud
16/1/2020 09:50 | All they have said is “In January” | whackford
16/1/2020 09:30 | It does seem a little strange that they haven't given an exact date for results as they seem to have made a point of doing so on most occasions in the past. More strange as this is a change from the previous pattern. | spot1034
16/1/2020 09:14 | Can't see a need for a rights issue. They managed to sort their Cheshunt JV partner problems out OK so clearly financially sound. | igbertsponk
16/1/2020 09:12 | Craven cottage - your post of 9 Jan (3393) regarding date of release of Accounts. Well done for asking but I'm a bit surprised that she could not be a bit more exact on timing. The company has commented recently on it's debt condition. Do you think that will be addressed in part with a rights issue and hence uncertainty over date of releasing accounts? | whackford
16/1/2020 08:06 | And just as significant, the mood of the Bank of England MPC has turned towards a future cut in interest rates, whereby cheap mortgages are set to become even cheaper. It’s the low cost of money that has really fuelled house prices over the last decade or so and so if there’s a collision of positive sentiment and even lower mortgage costs, the scene is set for a buoyant market. So Inland should be set up for a great 2020. | sev22
16/1/2020 08:00 | There are strong indications that the housing market has started 2020 with a bang! : | sev22
