Per the 06-Jun TS:

"Consequently, the Company will release its audited final results for the 15 months ending 30 September 2019 no later than 31 January 2020 and will provide a trading update to the market in early October 2019, following its new financial period end. Thereafter the Company will release its unaudited interim results for the 6 months ending 31 March by 30 June and its audited final results for the 12 months ending 30 September by 31 March in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies."

It seems management are very good at adding value but don't know the definition of the word "early" :-)

With the dividend expected to grow @ 30% pa for the foreseeable future, allied to capital growth asperations, I don't see the Directors in a hurry to sell.

Though, if the options do become a reality (unlikely IMO), the pair may still offload a sizeable portion of them to cover tax liabilities, depending on how the tax structure of the special vehicle company.

given both parties' current holdings they are in this for the longer term.Mr Wicks shows no sign of slowing up in his growth ambitions and drive.

The worry of course is once the share options vest will the sell lead to a mass exit that brings the price back down? Interesting take there 2niffty, I hadn't seen this angle before, great that you have flagged it up.

The real reason for extending year end. Inland Homes 2013 LTD, the vehicle set up to reward Wicks and Malde for long term share price performance. 4,547,928 shares will vest if share price hits 101.78p by end of relevant performance period which is 20 dealing days after announcement of preliminary results for year ending 30th Sept 2019, expected no later than 31st Jan.Looking forward to announcement of a quantified uplift in EPRA valuation, but that in itself shouldn't be a reason to delay results. ERPA valuation is only subjective, verification only achieved with a meaningful disposal to third party developer.Management are seriously incentivised, have bought themselves 3/4 months would have lapsed this month if hadn't extended year end, still lapse if they don't get above 101.78p.

That article refers to Hillingdon - which is fine but I think it's important to point out that within the borough there's a definite desire to see the housing shortfall fulfilled in the north of the borough than the south. So let's hope that site is in the north!

Those Hugg homes aren't for nurses. They're for councils to house immigrants etc Nobody with any pride would pay their own money to live in a shipping container.Good business though!
