Absolutely. And I'm observing a reduction in the volume of large sells. Could it be that our DS is eventually exhausting his stock?If so this is odds on to break and hold well above the 70p resistance hitting my y/e 80p target.spud

70p seems to be the resistance. Failed to close above today but has posted a series of higher lows. Patiently waiting!!!

p1966 - To say I'm not a fan of buybacks would be an understatement! All they do is flatter the share price and reward Directors for improving the eps. I'd rather they reward loyal shareholders by continuing with their undeclared progressive dividend policy and or invest in the business.

Value will always win out.

Having been here since January 2013 I have sold out my last bit.
Two reasons: I need the cash and also preparing for what will be a very bumpy four months in UK politics.
I will maintain a close watch and as and when circumstances change will no doubt rejoin you and all best.

Given the material discrepancy between the current share price and forthcoming EPRA net asset value, is there any mileage in resurrecting share buybacks - or will it resolve itself at the Year End / October update? That said, I recognise Management will have plenty of investment opportunities for any 'spare' cash!

Inland Homes (INL) has secured planning consent for the creation of 1,725 homes, 19,000 sqm of commercial space and provision for a new primary school at Cheshunt Lakeside, Hertfordshire. After recently switching the financial year-end to 30 September, the value of the development will be accounted for within the current financial year. Buy.

Thanks I'll make a proper note. Be interesting to see if the cheapness continues - maybe it is held back by persistent sellers or maybe it is just stuck on this rating for no logical reason, other than general doubts about the economy and housebuilding in general.
