Still looks cheap really. Good dividend plus forecast eps around 9p - that must be worth a p/e of 12 ?

I wonder if its one of those shares where folk look back and wonder why it spent so long in the same range and then took off on a growth line.

They`ve made a mess of this.
3 bedroom house.
4 bedroom house.
Floor plan shows 3 bedrooms
Description says 4 bedrooms
I wouldn`t pay £620k for this

Re the uninspiring property - my guess is that it's an ex Army quarter from the days when the Armed Forces School of Languages was located at Wilton Park.

I did my colloquial Arabic course there in '87 ..... such happy days.

That's a pretty uninspiring property for £620K.

Does anyone local know if this is one of the Wilton Park properties?

So, given the recent updates are clearly the reason for the share price rises and we can see that the share price has risen, what does the chart add other than post-event face-credibility rationalisation ?

Did anyone post a bullish explanation of the candlestick and volume charts in June ?
That would have been interesting.

What a lovely update. This company really know what they're doing.Getting sole control of Cheshunt is wonderful. Now they have that and Beaconsfield to get on with.

OMG its gone over the last high !

Well done to all those who stomached the bottom and bought more. Takes a bit of doing as bottoms always make you think there's something horrible in the wings.

Funny how, despite the spike last year being at a totally irrelevant price, its been marked up arbitrarily to that same price and the sheep go "oh no, its a pause because its a previous high"...

This is my largest holding.

At the early stages of it's development, very good business model and Management, and nice divi too .

Continuing positive news flow from this great little undervalued company. And to think that if past history is anything to go by, we're likely to get a 30% uplift on the final dividend as well.Yaba daba doo!spud

Surprised the mid-price opened only 0.2p up at 8 a.m. Happy to add a few more at 72p.
