You can only imagine the mega profits the seller could have achieved had they ridden the rise up to £1+ (the price I suspect it would have been at currently had it not been held back by their sells, and still is).

nice move on not massive volume to new recent highs suggests distribution is over for now and this can move somewhere closer to NAV on next update. GL

Flying today.
Knockout results here could even see an attack on £1.

I'd agree, but sometimes very large trades are late reported, so we might not know until close of business. Cheers. Phil.

To be honest I am sceptical that a major would be interested in purchasing our land bank given all the rumours surrounding government interference regarding land banking. TW for example today state they have a five year land bank - would they, or any other big builder, risk spending money on buying an even bigger bank and risk losing it?

marketmakers must be very short of stock now.

Major housebuilders will not worry about management... they would only be buying the current landbank and strategic opportunities. It would need to be a bigger player due to the spread of sites geographically. That would sadly rule out an affordable housing buyer who has deep pockets and limited commercial awareness.

This company is not attractive to a major housebuilder. Does too many different things and far too dependent on the CEO. Will only attract a bid from the likes of Gladedale.

Seems incredible that this company is valued at little more than the hoped for sale price of Kier's house building arm, which does 1900 units but stock written down to £10m and 550 staff

I am looking forward to the results, has a date been set?

Seems to be penalised similar to Gleeson

Totally agree.
Let this run up to £1 billion market cap.

A premature bid would rob us of the true potential value of this company. Their loss is our (long term) gain.spud

Some nice buying atm and looking for another move up shortly.

Edit - A dummy trade of 50k was easily filled so perhaps there is still a willing seller feeding stock on demand.

Guys

Spoke to the Group Secretary today a charming lady - Group Secretary Kat Worth

Although she didn't know the exact date she reliably informs me INL will release results within the next few weeks.

I can't wait to see the numbers
