I've been adding to my holding on todays dip. Imo anything below 70p is a absolute bargain.

It really is hard to find any negatives. Pe is around eight, chart in an uptrend, NAV above current price.

Ok builders are currently slightly out of favour, however, INL has to be a stand-out above many of the others due to its very large and lucrative land bank and new-builds selling in trendy areas.

Lol 62p...well it may be but nearest one is 68p.Let's hope this holds, UK budget not far off and interest rate not expected to rise until mid next year, so both positives for share price imo.

There is a longer support line going back to late 2012 (weekly chart)so a test of 62p area possible. If you believe these things off course

I assume that is the report David was referring to. Great presentation advertising the years results.With most of the builders up yesterday, inl was basically flat lining, odd when most of yesterday's trades looked like buys and volume was relatively high.Hopefully it holds the current 68p support level and rebounds, based on TA.Gla, dyor

Ravin146....It was a results presentation and the Inland directors will have been round tens of institutions whether shareholders or potential investors over the last two weeks.

Ravin146.....I arrange about 200 company presentations a year and invite as many PIs as possible. That takes a mountain load of admin and arranging behind the scenes. I value these meetings but made a decision a couple of years ago not to do write ups afterwards as others will have much more time and often better notes than I do.

There are about ten meetings this week including one last night so some of the guys will be overloaded too.
