22/10/2015 20:39 | Thanks Ypawise -- copied it in below:- Regards, Source .................... UK stocks update The main house builders are generally up 50% this year but I’m sticking with my two smaller stocks, including AIM-listed Inland Homes (ILND + Add to favourites ) which is forecast to increase profits by 168% in the year to end of June and which trades on 9.3 times earnings and has a price to earnings growth (PEG) ratio of just 0.1. | source

22/10/2015 14:49 | yupa - The Daws Hill site is progressing well but alas nothing to do with Inland as Igbert has posted (and as far as I'm aware) Not sure about the Eden/college site - In my mind I think its simply cleared/fenced land - but as I rarely go that side of town (or indeed into central Wycombe that often) I really don't know - will have to ask the wife tonight as she makes up for all those missed visits (as the credit card bills attest) !!! | joe say
22/10/2015 13:42 | Igbert. I was fully aware that Inland didn't own the site in Daws Hill Lane, but I wasn`t aware that T.W had developed this site, with our M.O.D connections I thought we might be interested in it, it wasn`t just the U.S who operated from this site but included about 10 or so other Nato partners. But thanks for the reply & link. | yupawiese2010
22/10/2015 13:17 | Is Daws Hill Lane summat to do with INL ? Always thought that Taylor Wimpey had it all: | igbertsponk
22/10/2015 13:00 | Joe Say. In a previous post fairly recently you stated you lived a few miles from Loudwater, as your therefore " the man on the ground " what has happened in recent years to the U.S base in Daws Hill Lane Flackwell Heath which was closed many moons ago. Our other site in Wycombe where the gas works used to be behind the Eden shopping Centre / adjacent to the College, is there any progress or is just a cleared site at present. Cheers Yupa | yupawiese2010
22/10/2015 13:00 | Sorry post duplicated for some strange reason. | yupawiese2010
22/10/2015 08:25 | Was a good store without doubt and I only know it from about 15 years ago - clearly would have had been even better in days gone by Excellent location in a busy London satellite town which is close to the motorways/airport etc | joe say
22/10/2015 07:02 | This was the private sale for the Randall store in uxbridge, interesting to see what it actually went for, what the plans are etc | ravin146

21/10/2015 21:55 | This thread is personal again. Long or short, inland homes is the subject. Great find on the uxbridge store buy. | ravin146
21/10/2015 20:41 | lol, funny how new names pop up asking really negative questions....can spot shorties a mile off...look, all you need to know is this...see how every time on the chart when the stock falls in a straight line? it shoots straight back up to new highs. Exactly the same thing will happen this time, just you watch. | dt1010
21/10/2015 20:31 | Is there a time limit to state results otherwise you loose your lse rating anyone know? | joeall |
