not really sure, everyone and his dog know's rates are going up next year,
& no one can afford a property now, the experts are already talking about
big corrections in the South East, think the days of price gains & broker
upgrades are over

agree a raised target would be helpful and I would think fully justified by the prospects.i would think 5176 plots will attract attention from other builders,

Most people here are waiting for him to raise his 80p target, before they jump
ship on the back of the ramp up on the price, people are going to be p*ssed
if he keeps it at 80p

Someone has asked Simon Thompson when he will be commenting on Inlands results and he said either late this week or early next week. He did mention however that his colleague Jonas Crosland is updating on Inland at this moment. So hopefully will be in the IC mag this week.

Construction PMI today, hopefully momentum is continuing. If not the budget is not far off, I'd expect chancellor to support housing construction and give it a boost it numbers are low.Inflation report this week will how an idea how long builders can enjoy the low rates.

Seems rangebound with a floor of 68p, at which point I may buy in again.

I do worry about recent reports that sales of housebricks are down and Q3 new build registrations are lower than last year. No smoke without fire??

The UK housebuilders are on solid foundations, says Emily BiddulphIf there is a housing market downturn on the cards, broker heavyweight JP Morgan Cazenove certainly doesn't see it.It expects 2016 to be another year of improved profitability and strong operating conditions for the UK's biggest housebuilders.

No i'm not interested David, but there maybe some gullible posters who hang
around the resource threads

Mr Hangman - Apparantly QFI made a presentation s few years ago, and as a result, Maersk approached them. They have already successfully completed a "Proof of Concept" trail, and Maersk will now use the fuel from a refinery near to Gibraltar for a 4,000 hour operation with two container ships with MAH and Wartsilla engines.

And KSA have agreed to a trial at one of their refineries. IF you are interested, then you MUST read QFI's recent final result and accounts, then make YOUR OWN judgement.

And LuckyMouse - " what was the rationale for your post being moderated?" - you would have to ask the author of that site PJ1.

I posted on another Inland site that this had been my biggest holding, but I have recently sold down (with a very nice profit, thanks to all at Inland). My other post was "MODERATED". I have had several tips from others while discussing shares that I hold, and I am grateful for those. I always check out the share - what do they do? Do I like the idea? I like Inland but my biggest holding is now Quadrise Fuels QFI. They have developed an emulsion fuel to power ocean-going container ships and for powering electricity generators.

They will be doing trials with both Maersk and KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I like the prospects with Inland, but if QFI's trials prove successful, then the market is enormous.

It's not working Ravin :)As mentioned before, he would be better off getting institutions to take notice. Especially as all previous ones sold out or down for some reason. Having a few on board would maybe help endorse the management and story that many here have already bought into. Regards,Source.
