05/8/2020 09:22 | IQAI up 100% today. | encarter
27/6/2020 10:13 | Will stick with BIDS and keep an eye on QRT. Not at all sure about IQAI. | p1nkfish
24/6/2020 08:50 | Someone just rolled over 320k shares. Interesting. | encarter
23/6/2020 12:27 | Took a speculative stake in BIDS. Balancing interest in MIRI. Thank you. Haven't had time for the others yet. | p1nkfish
23/6/2020 07:54 | On the move again and so are QRT. I'm also building a stake in WPHO when funds permit. Wind power. | encarter
23/6/2020 06:55 | I will look at MIRI | encarter
23/6/2020 05:25 | IQAI, QRT, BIDS. See if any of these take your fancy. I recently bought into all 3. | encarter
22/6/2020 14:59 | Spotted a couple of bargains if anyone has some cash to invest. Will post details tomorrow if I get time. | encarter
22/6/2020 14:39 | Interesting 175k trade and no price movement. My guess is either a buy order being filled or a forced director sell. Both good news. | encarter
22/6/2020 09:46 | Good chance divi remains and the music product gets good traction. One to allocate a little too and wait imho. Dyor etc. | p1nkfish
22/6/2020 09:30 | Mr. 5927 sold up with a 500 quid profit. It's nice to make a few quid but if you do your research you will see how undervalued these are. Look how well the company is doing . Look how much cash they have and how much they expect to make next year. Some of it will be going back to shareholders one way or another. Kestrel are buying up all the free stock. | encarter
21/6/2020 21:30 | Less than 16% of shares are in the hands of those holding <2.6%. Not much buying needed to cause a run. | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 21:07 | 80p buy upto price doesn't look unreasonable. Thoughts? | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 21:05 | Page 11 of last results outlines share options, big incentive to get price up. Outstanding at 31 December 2019 Total: 684,578 Average price : £0.80 | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 20:17 | Yep, with Virtually zero risk a rare fish. | encarter
21/6/2020 15:16 | Tender offer? A buy imho. | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 14:59 | Got it. No stock available for them to buy though. They have over £2m in spare cash and should have at least £2m more clear profit coming in over the next 12 months . They hope to buy back 20% of the stock but the only way they can get it is if others sell. A lot of it was bought above 75p so sellers would want a profit on that if they were to be persuaded to sell. My guess is the share price will go above 90p to attract sellers or they will give a special divi to return funds to shareholders or something like a very attractive rights issue. | encarter
21/6/2020 14:22 | Indo hold so am biased. Dyor. | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 14:20 | Peeling away at 5his company, it has risks but I like the look of it and especially if the divi re-instated which is certainly possible. | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 14:18 | Its valid for 15 months after 30th June 2020. Up to 20% of the float. "the maximum price which may be paid for an Ordinary Share is an amount equal to 150% of the average of the middle-market prices shown in the quotation for an Ordinary Share as derived from the Stock Exchange Alternative Trading Service for the 10 business days immediately preceding the day on which the Ordinary Share is purchased; (d) the authority hereby conferred shall expire on the earlier of the date falling 15 months after this annual general meeting or the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company" | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 14:15 | It's in the 30th June AGM notification published about 2-4th June 2020 approx. I think likely to be voted for by majority. This stock is so illiquid try selling much and see the price collapse. Buyback allowing for illiquidity is a good idea and that is what the statement allows for. In my opinion a buy. Dyor. | p1nkfish |
