25/9/2020 12:33 | What would that make the share price roughly? | sidarthur2
25/9/2020 12:21 | I showed the recent results to a colleague at work who is a whiz when it comes to company valuations and he said if interim results figures continue then he would value the company at 50m. | encarter

24/9/2020 13:12 | >>>>Smit So the ticker code would be AQSE:ING, but it does not appear to be traded on that exchange | timbo003
24/9/2020 13:00 | £12m cap with £3.5m cash in bank at end of June 20 - so £8.5m exc cash - interesting | euclid5
24/9/2020 12:36 | not tradeable on the Plus market ? does Plus still exist ?! --- update it was bought by Icap who were later bt by the CME group in 2018 which is massive (Chicago Mercantile Exchange) "NEX Group plc, formerly known as ICAP plc, is a UK-based business focused on electronic financial markets and post trade business for other financial institutions rather than private individuals. They are known as an inter-broker dealer. The company was listed on the London Stock Exchange until it was acquired by CME Group in November 2018." whether it could allow/do buyback trades, I have no idea. | smithie6
24/9/2020 12:14 | Not traded on any other markets so must be a delayed buy. It will turn up later looking like a sell. | encarter

24/9/2020 11:44 | up 2p now on the intraday chart on Advfn :-) | smithie6
24/9/2020 11:39 | anyone has visibility of other markets that can trade ING shares ? because we had 2 sell trades this morning at 64.1p & 64.3p, each of only 2500 shares when the mkt price was 64-66p I think (or 62-66p ??) & only 1 buy, of a SMALLER no. of shares & yet that was at 1p over the mkt price to buy !, of 66p (of course, if more shares are sold than bought then one expects the price to go down & not up !) infers I think that another buy trade(s) has gone through of a greater no. of shares than the 2 sales, in order to push the price up well, I guess that officially a sizeable trade can be reported with a delay, <3 days, but it is more normal to happen a bit later during the same day, at the day's close or during the next day. Which is just up to the MM I guess. I think that normally he just wants to fill/balance such a bigger trade before reporting it, in case reporting an oversize trade pushes up the price & he has to buy at a higher price & loses money on the trades. ------ interesting times | smithie6
24/9/2020 11:08 | period for the buyback voted thru at the AGM surely until next final results, or next AGM so, imo, the buyback is operational for a good number of months, or until filled if happens first (unless voted to stop the buyback in any EGM of course; any request for such a vote seems super super unlikely) | smithie6
24/9/2020 11:03 | nice to see the price rise again but still way underpriced imo | smithie6
24/9/2020 10:25 | " The share buyback programme will commence from the date of this announcement up until the sooner of either the expiry of the authority obtained at its last Annual General Meeting on 30 June 2020 or when the aggregate value of Ordinary Shares purchased equals GBP500,000." Anyone know the expiry date? I can't find the notes from the AGM. | encarter
24/9/2020 10:22 | No RNS so it doesn't look like they have been able to buy any shares yet | encarter
24/9/2020 08:33 | & I estimated/posted that phps 1.2 million shares in the hands of 'normal' PIs (1/2 of the total not in the hands of >2.5% holders (ref. co. website) ~0.8 million pounds imo they wont be able to obtain £500k of shares, since it would be 5/8 of those shares, ~62% of those shares. unless some holders of > 2.5% (see co. website) or >1% decide to let some loose ------- a compulsory purchase of £500k of shares, pro rata, just to put shares in treasury to meet options, ain't every gonna happen imo. a special divi of £500k looks a possible if they cant do the share buyback . ~3p/share. | smithie6
24/9/2020 08:29 | £500k is approx 833,000 shs to be purchased | euclid5
23/9/2020 21:22 | & if they can't buy £500k worth of shares perhaps they will do what someone suggested & do a special divi, getting the share price up a bit more. :-) | smithie6
23/9/2020 21:00 | nice 3.5p rise again today. seems withg their share buy back, the no of shs will get limited in liquidity....can see more rises over the coming weeks based on this action they are taking | euclid5 |
