21/6/2020 21:17 | Yep, with Virtually zero risk a rare fish. | encarter
21/6/2020 16:16 | Tender offer? A buy imho. | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 15:59 | Got it. No stock available for them to buy though. They have over £2m in spare cash and should have at least £2m more clear profit coming in over the next 12 months . They hope to buy back 20% of the stock but the only way they can get it is if others sell. A lot of it was bought above 75p so sellers would want a profit on that if they were to be persuaded to sell. My guess is the share price will go above 90p to attract sellers or they will give a special divi to return funds to shareholders or something like a very attractive rights issue. | encarter
21/6/2020 15:22 | Indo hold so am biased. Dyor. | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 15:20 | Peeling away at 5his company, it has risks but I like the look of it and especially if the divi re-instated which is certainly possible. | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 15:18 | Its valid for 15 months after 30th June 2020. Up to 20% of the float. "the maximum price which may be paid for an Ordinary Share is an amount equal to 150% of the average of the middle-market prices shown in the quotation for an Ordinary Share as derived from the Stock Exchange Alternative Trading Service for the 10 business days immediately preceding the day on which the Ordinary Share is purchased; (d) the authority hereby conferred shall expire on the earlier of the date falling 15 months after this annual general meeting or the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company" | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 15:15 | It's in the 30th June AGM notification published about 2-4th June 2020 approx. I think likely to be voted for by majority. This stock is so illiquid try selling much and see the price collapse. Buyback allowing for illiquidity is a good idea and that is what the statement allows for. In my opinion a buy. Dyor. | p1nkfish
21/6/2020 13:39 | Just to clarify, are you talking about the 2019 AGM? If so the buyback ended November 2019. Kestrel are buying up any free stock though so could be a takeover. Fair value would be 100p imho. Regardless the business is undervalued at 55p. I expect the divi to be reinstated and at more than 3%. | encarter
20/6/2020 12:11 | Is that a normal statement for ING? I bought a small holding at what currently appears a local bottom. Like the model and the "cautious optimism" and the buyback statement. If this re-instated a divi and copes with the current situation it looks reasonable to me to have some about this price. Not a great deal of free stock available though without chasing the price up. The buyback statement intrigued me, a decent way to return capital and recognising the low free float nature of the shares. | p1nkfish
19/6/2020 17:01 | Ok found it. | encarter
19/6/2020 16:56 | Not seen it. Got a link? Can you elaborate? | encarter
08/6/2020 15:34 | Is the buyback statement in the AGM resolutions normal for ING? Upto 20% at 150% of previous 10 days average price? From memory. Someone nibbling. | p1nkfish
04/6/2020 22:51 | Not all US tax losses are available. | p1nkfish
03/6/2020 15:24 | They have total tax losses of about £25M total (US & UK) and intention to use them. It's begging to be sold imho to a group in the same area. | p1nkfish
03/6/2020 14:47 | Having read the report its plain they expect more revenue contraction as they head to higher SaaS sales. The cost base has reduced but relative to the probable next 12 months revenue it's high. If prepared to wait 12-15 months, with risks, it might be a buy but a long time to wait and cant bring myself to take any position. So reduced revenue expected, subject to risks and uncertainties stated with this cost base - wait and watch for signs. No surprise if they are looking for a buyer? | p1nkfish
01/4/2020 18:39 | Wheres the bottom, or even within 10% of it? | p1nkfish
