It's for anyone holding more than 10k only, and then there is the option to take cash instead. Shouldn't make a material difference.

Surely the plan to pay the previously announced divi in shares of a start up company for anyone holding less than 10k shares is impacting the share price It seems strange and disapointing. How many more divis will go this way I wonder?? DYOR.

Just sold a division (Forensics) of that group (Medacs) to Castlerock Recruitment. Hopefully additional cash will mean more reason for a bumper dividend to be announced at the AGM.

Gov crackdown on medical staffing agencies might affect Medacs? May explain the fall.

I'm a little perplexed and disappointed with the recent c.12% retracement in the share price given the positive results in March. Hopefully we will get an uptick leading up to the AGM later this month and the interims in July.

Well done Battlebus for sticking with this one!

I can't believe that i bought these a few weeks ago @£4.72 but stupidly sold the following day due to some minor irrelevant concern....

Thought the results today were exceptional. Also think the Lorien acquisition was a very shrewd move.

Hi bb2. I tried to buy a modest slew last week but couldn't get a quote from my broker. I think this has been rumbling for a few days. I notice that it tends to rise from January to May. I had hoped to get in but think the price has run away a little for me. I expect it to be a good share for the first half of 2015.

Lorien has a good proven track record how they perform under IPEL is the risk you take here but as you say the sector is performing well so possible rerating.
