28/2/2013 08:16 | It's a very thinly traded share - a couple of thousand changing hands has been known to shift the price by 10p! | spot1034
28/2/2013 08:15 | Not a lot of takers this morning, however... :-/ | edmundshaw
28/2/2013 08:03 | Certainly feels good value. | edmundshaw
28/2/2013 07:49 | Trading at less than 5.5 times earnings ex the dividend payments, no debt and generating lots of cash, looks as close to a 'no brainer' as you are likely to find. | spooky
28/2/2013 07:35 | 35p special dividend payable in April, with another 5p final to follow. That'll be very handy to get me through the summer! | spot1034
27/2/2013 20:06 | Results are tomorrow morning. | spooky
22/2/2013 11:22 | Looking forward to results soon. Still clearly undervalued I think, and a hefty dividend in view (considering the special). This company certainly focused on rewarding shareholders, which will help both the price and those director options... | edmundshaw
24/1/2013 09:10 | Needs to break 340 probably then we could be off. | chrisb1103
24/1/2013 09:10 | Ticking up steadily here. Share price had a stunning first quarter last two years - wonder if we may get a repeat? I've been buying back in over the past week or so. Results guidance was in line, v low PE and should get news on that likely big divi soon too. | chrisb1103
19/12/2012 08:03 | spot,I think there will be a final div as well since this is a oneoff "special" payment. It looks as if eps will be around 50p adjusted and maybe 60p next yr.I suspect they will,in future be paying out around 50% of earnings so am looking for a div yield next yr around 10%. | mikeja
18/12/2012 08:39 | £15m special dividend being considered - with 44m shares in issue I make that about 34p. Very handy. Whether that would be on top of a normal dividend isn't clear. Otherwise this morning's trading statement seems a bit mixed, though broadly they seem to be heading in the right direction. Flat eps probably not what most were hoping for. I am still looking for a sale to one of the big players in the sector. | spot1034
12/7/2012 17:17 | Capital reorganisation appears to be complete and let's hope they will be announcing a maiden dividend with the interims, which may be only a week or two away - the half yearly report was on 27th July last year. | spot1034
15/5/2012 06:41 | New director appointed. 'Ms. Kelliher, aged 43, is a solicitor with over 20 years of merger and acquisitions, corporate and fundraising experience.' | spot1034
02/5/2012 12:13 | After a month of stagnation we seem to be on the move again. | spot1034
17/4/2012 11:36 | I suspect the shareprice is being supported by their buybacks, giving the artificial feel to the market. | cb7
16/4/2012 16:44 | I bought a few last week. Looks cheap with some labour recovery in the US and in UK private sector. | 18bt
16/4/2012 16:43 | I bought a few last week. Looks cheap with some labour recovery in the US and in UK private sector. | 18bt
16/4/2012 15:38 | lack of interest! lol | waterloo01
16/4/2012 14:43 | The share price appears to be being managed at 350p.Has anybody any idea what this portends? | thorne3
22/3/2012 09:50 | Drifting lower in the past few days with a sharp markdown this morning. A few small sells in the past couple of days but nothing that would budge most shares by a single penny. Could someone please buy a couple of thousand and we'll proabably be marked up again! | spot1034
09/3/2012 13:09 | Peel has now finally moved from lowest offer to highest bid so I take it that the seller has now finished. Should be onwards and upwards from here imo! | foxman14
06/3/2012 12:21 | Yes I think news of the capital reorganisation will give the share price a boost as it will mean the payment of a dividend is very close and given the cash they have been generating from their operations it should be a decent payment (providing there are no acquisitions on the horizon). However I can't see Ashcroft selling the business at these prices (unless he is desperate to release some liquidity). He will wait until market sentiment picks up and want well north of 600p in my opinion. | foxman14
06/3/2012 11:10 | I'm also in, but not much to say really. It's a waiting game. They still look undervalued to me but we'll likely have to wait for better maket conditions to see a fairer valuation. | jamielein |
