13/6/2011 09:10 | Here we go again! Dropped back after last week's sharp rise, but moving up rapidly this morning. However on this occasion there might be an obvious explanation - a sharp increase in forecast EPS at STAF, which is also doing well today. | spot1034
07/6/2011 05:39 | They aren't - however you can hold them in a SIPP. Now, I wonder if we are going to hear anything this morning which explains yesterday's rise. | spot1034
06/6/2011 22:53 | Dannyh, I'm not sure anything has changed, I think it's probably a mistake that your IPEL shares were in the ISA in the first place...I looked into this about a year ago and came to the conclusion that AIM and ISA were not bedfellows. | horace678
06/6/2011 22:36 | Correct non ISAable. | stegrego
06/6/2011 22:35 | Horace that is correct. I held some until last week when I got a letter telling me I had to sell them as they were no longer allowed to be held in my ISA, I wasn't sure what had actually changed ? | dannnyh
06/6/2011 22:31 | I think I read somewhere that AIM shares couldn't be held in a Stock and Shares ISA... | horace678
06/6/2011 22:17 | Hi guys, do any of you hold these in your ISA ? | dannnyh
06/6/2011 16:58 | Ashcroft typically sells off when he's reorganised a company and got the cash flowing in. I don't think he'll buy up the minority. He will eventually sell off and take the money so that he can buy into a new opportunity. | horace678
06/6/2011 16:27 | They should be totally debt free by now and bringing in £3m-£4m a month in cash.At £6 a share for the minority he could probably pay it off in 2 years. | mikeja
06/6/2011 16:16 | I was wondering whether we were going to get an RNS saying they'd had an approach - it didn't come, but tomorrow is another day! | spot1034
06/6/2011 16:04 | Couple of trades, one for 5000 at 340 and a bit over 15k at 369,total LSE vol just over 34k.Is there something coming..like taking out the minority? Could be useful, have 150k of these. | mikeja
06/6/2011 14:32 | It doesn't look as though many people have been buying though, and I can only see one trade of over 1000 shares. Is it traded on Plus? - I've given up trying to navigate the Plus Markets website since they changed it. Maybe a big order being filled behind the scenes, but still a huge rise. Edit - just found the info from Plus Markets - a handful of trades there too, maybe a few more than usual which isn't surprising given the rise, but all smallish numbers of shares - nothing exceptional. | spot1034
06/6/2011 14:16 | Yes, I wonder why...apart from people buying shares... | horace678
06/6/2011 13:48 | A good day for Ashcroft followers today - RST doing very nicely too. | hjfe
06/6/2011 12:07 | Yes, but on very low volumes... I haven't seen any late trades either. | wylecoyote
06/6/2011 10:25 | People buying seems to be the most obvious answer. | horace678
06/6/2011 10:16 | ..and up again. Something going on here? | spot1034
06/6/2011 09:28 | Interesting mark up in the past hour. | spot1034
26/5/2011 16:27 | AGM on 22nd June,should get update then | mikeja
10/5/2011 17:08 | Trading update last year 8th June | mikeja
04/4/2011 13:24 | Finally sold out having made 1000%, just had to bank the profit for GCT. Best of luck to all still holding. Watch out for Ashcroft! | waterloo01
30/3/2011 14:19 | Very nice, banked 40% profit in a few weeks here. Good luck holders...... | bozzy_s
30/3/2011 13:52 | Dods is starting to do the same - also Ascroft & co. Something afoot here? | hjfe
30/3/2011 13:45 | Bid or just rerating? | stegrego
29/3/2011 17:00 | Decent run continues. Still cheap at historic P/E of 7 and minimal debt on balance sheet. Forward P/E of 5. Turnover next FY should be £1.2bn+ / net profit £30m vs market cap £150m. I like the timing of this run too, as you'd expect some long term profit taking close to tax year-end. | bozzy_s |
