Hi rossy,But surely IMM have the £10m less expenses and we're still awaiting phase III results?I guess my only big concern with what you've written is where the shares have ended up and what they'll do with them in order to make a profit. The RNS did mention existing II's had taken up some of the shares along with new investors so hopefully many have ended up with reputable holders.

IMM's Lupuzor has the potential to become the world's best selling drug. It only needs 650k patients out of the 2 million IMM's Tim McC says they could target, at $25k pa to give $16.25 billion pa sales, even without the other indications the P140 platform (of which Lupuzor is a part) could treat. If I know this, so will all the big pharmas with the money to do a very large deal or takeover.

N.B.
Abbvie’s Humira (adalimumab) is the world's best-selling drug with sales of US $16.078 billion in 2016. (Treats rheumatoid arthritis and Crohns, similar to IMM's P140 platform).

best1467, I think you will find the placing is value accretive when you look at some of those P140 indications IMM can now address. IMM's market capitalisation is still "tiny" in pharma terms, and the value growth here is "exponential", as Tim said last week.

My take is the 145,833 was a sell. But then you never know with the MM spivs.

rossy,
I'm not happy with the placing, maybe not even with the outfit that did it, but IMM and it's Lupuzor drug is another matter.

njb,

I will take your word for it. I personally live and enjoy living in the UK though I am not British. Also politics in general bore me. All politicians IMHO can not be trusted in any country in the world.

rossy73 you need to be more specific because IMM is looking to be the hottest stock on the market within a few weeks if the Phase 3 results run good.

thanks Rossy.

are you saying that the broker has brought £10m of new money in expecting those people to lose their money? We don't yet know who the instis are do we? And how does that impact the management of IMM?

thanks in advance and am holding on for the time being!

As you may have seen from my previous posts I have been fairly bullish on IMM. Something didn't look right to me yesterday when this placing was carried out by a business I'd never heard of. Following a few hours of calls and research last night, starting with the FCA register on the placing agent and where the people working there now have worked previously, I made some discoveries which made me feel uncomfortable to say the least. It's in everyone's own interest to fully research the people involved in an investment you hold or are making especially when you have large sums at stake. I learned that many of the brokers/employees at TP had been at other businesses which have gone either into "special administration" or now cease to exist - the precise terms on each business was not clear. Following a few calls to some old contacts to try to get an understanding about whether I should be concerned about being a holder here a number of names were mentioned which have been involved with dodgy financial dealings in the past and unfortunately there's too much of a whiff here for me. I've sold my entire holding this morning in I'd recommend to everyone invested here that you do some research of your own here as there's a similar pattern with people involved at the placing agent and their previous experience - let's just say there aren't many folks working there with previous experience from tier 1,2 or even 3 financial services businesses. Worth a lot more however you look at it. P140 could deliver some of the top selling drugs on the market.

Greatful

Despite the rhetoric, government spending has not fallen in recent years. Some departments have taken big cuts, but total spend continues to rise.

I expect these will head to 300p over the next 6 weeks or so.

The potential upside is just too much for us to sit here IMHO.

chalky,

I'll add to your question be asking if anyone on here were approached & took part in the placing at 144p?

There probably are a few sizeable holders of stock lurking who might have...and now the info is released they hopefully might be willing to share the sales pitch?

I guess we're at the point where the share price will go up once the city pigs with their snouts in the trough have had enough swill and decide to let it rise!I'm hoping we see Dr Zimmer add to his already substantial share holding. And on another point, someone mentioned last night that IMM should use some of the placing money to recruit a professional negotiator. IMM have made use previously of a firm called Torreya. It wouldn't surprise me if they become involved in brokering a deal.

I think the UK is doing alright. Just need the confidence to walk away from the EU and I say that as someone living in France. The frogs would be out of the EU tomorrow if they were given the vote.
