Happy
Miavoce explained better what i intended to say
IQE have a product,revenue and a plan
IMM have no product, revenue or plan

So the placing comparing IQE to IMM is like comparing apples with pears

IMM 10mil raised at 144 p today is a positive so i am a bull but thats me !
No advice intended

What specifically did the company say that you regard as BS?

happyman - several poster did eat humble pie this morning and apologize for their vitriol aimed at those talking about the placing. I didn't apologise as I wasn't vitriolic to anyone but yeah some clearly called it spot on and hats off to those who did. I'm tending to favour a positive spin more as the day progressed.

Hello all. I’ve been lurking here since November so feel like you are old friends! What a day. I’m trying not to forget why I’m in this. Two reasons- I have a close friend with Lupus and it’s an awful condition. She is like a walking chemist- pills for skin, hair, joints and more. So One effective treatment could be a saving given the cost of multiple treatments never mind doctors’ time spent treating each individual symptom. Secondly, this disease has very visible physical markers. I know it’s double blind but if it’s effective the reduction in symptoms could be clear to any physician or medical professional who are involved in the general care of those who have the condition. Do you see where I’m going here 😬

don't think you have used the right words there in your final sentence slider27 and 1retirement, with reference to his earlier post, does IQE have a potential blockbuster out in the next 6 weeks ?

The IQE fundraise was for capex investment that will start delivering results in 6-12 months and will build thereafter - its a long term 'slow burn' story which the investors would have known they were getting into and were prepared to hold long term for payback. Nothing appears to have gone wrong with their plans so the share price will be sentiment driven.

IMM on the other hand is a very short term story. Good P3 results = immediate good returns for investors, bad results will be opposite.

anybody thinking that the FCA will do anything is deluded. an old lady has more chance of trapping urine than they have of making a water tight case. FCA= waste of time... it makes sense as to why we were all wondering why we werent pressing on from 170 with huge buys coming in as they were trading the postion and making a few million in to the bargain, fxxking spivs..

ive still got a free carry here but the more we go in to the process, the less i am now believing, and the less i believe the more i feel for the poor folk who actually suffer from the disease..

Who the hell would stick 10mil in IMM at 144 p without being confident of a positive outcome ?
IMM know who has asked to continue with the treatment and so do the investors that have put in 10 mil !
If this fails then they lose 50% minimum in 2 months

Looks like mates rates and for me its a positive

Closing over that £1.50 support bodes well after today’s trials and tribulations. I do hope all the bottom fishers actually bought today because they won’t be able to get this below £1.50 again after today’s perfect storm.

There are no notable short positions left on IMM according to the LSE, I expect this will touch 165-170 before the next RNS.

"IF" the IMM team can emulate what this great lady Dorothy Mary Crowfoot Hodgkin did for medical science. All IMM holders will be in the money and then some........

I am happy with today's finish. Bodes well for tomorrow.

Well I set a stop sell for 50% of my meagre holding a few days ago of 145-135, not expecting it to get that low. But it did go through at 144. Managed to buy it back again @ 146.3 on the second attempt.
