That pound to dollar keeps climbing. Two wins for the price of one. Nice day for IMM and for those who are long term holders. Got in when the pound was only $1.23. Hopefully, results will come sooner rather than later. Good luck to all the holders.

Several things point to Lupuzor working and rather well:

1) Worlds best ever Phase 2b results, including positive feedback from participants like Barbie Manchester and Melanie Regnaud.

2) Ongoing good safety in Phase 3 (better than Benlysta).

3) Phase 3 patients and clinicians asking for the study to be extended by another 6 months after the Phase 3 ended yesterday, because they are experiencung benefits from taking the drug.

4) IMM willing to fund the additional 6 month study, when it is not essential.

Remember all Lupuzor has to really do to get to market is be better than Benlysta on either safety or efficacy, or ideally both, so its a low bar and was already demonstrated in Phase 2b with less than 2.5% probability the results were down to chance.

It also bodes well for the entire P140 platform, which is exactly the kind of platform that could command $10+ billion sales pa from the 9+ indications it could treat and will be attracting a lot of interest from big pharmas.

HerschelK yes "the results will do the talking" and its been a pretty good conversation so far:

Improvement rates with IMM's Lupuzor in Phase 2b:

Phase 2b at 3 months = + 67.6%
Phase 2b at 6 months = + 84.2% (Follow-up)

Phase 3 at 9 - 12 months = + 100% ??

For me its not now about whether lupuzor works but just how big the improvement will be at 9 and 12 months.

See the US markets must be open!

Not suggesting it will, but at least now, regardless of any patient feedback, it can't influence the trial results as happened last time.

The extension study is very encouraging. When I asked them about it at the AGM it was undecided but unlikely. The fact they are doing one is reassuring and the longer data will boost any application. All assuming as someone said earlier, that it works and that is yet to be proven, but the odds will have increased with the official end of the study

The share price weakness is just someone with a shed load of stock derisking, possibly
since we hit 190 this is the last chance before the results and combined with relatively high volume. just a case of waiting till they have finished, one thing for certain there will be no selling if the results are good, so expect multiples of current share price
