18/3/2008 18:00 | spaceparallax - I have a theory that the share price won't hold up until the earn-out agreement settlement deadline Jun 30th 2008 is settled. The banking facilities sorts any working capital and initial payments however, there remains £1.5m that is due and has not been decided whether it is by cash or shares. I guess the price is pointing to an issue of shares at 50p or maybe below. Dissapponting if this is what management see is best, but once the issue has been resolved we should start seeing a return to price increase... | dusseldorf
18/3/2008 13:19 | Mud, Thanks for the interesting article - I hold a few such companies. I try not to get too hung up on sp, but at times it's difficult despite knowing that they are financially sound and performing well. | spaceparallax
18/3/2008 12:28 | AA29-Looking for a top tiddler...what are your best 3 shares that exceed ILX's potential.Just about to be taken out at FLO by the looks of things, whose CEO, Gary Carter was recently chatting with Ken Scott over the injustice of their companies current low Stock Market ratings.....See link below. | mudbath
17/3/2008 14:48 | A couple of chunky sells completed earlier - has the share price been dragged down during their processing or are we likely to see more slippage? Anyone's guess at the moment. | spaceparallax
14/3/2008 14:57 | resume trading good target 2.4m profit will be met forward pe 7 | orvil
14/3/2008 14:40 | Well,it has taken a long time but we are now trading at the lowest this share has ever been. Can't see much upside either in the short term. May be a MBO around the corner when the price has been driven down to 1p a share. Regard Newkid | newkid
14/3/2008 14:40 | But if you believe what they tell you, you'd also think that all their recent acquisitions have been successful. On the positive front though, Ken Scott was on Trading Places on Share Crazy yesterday (about 20 mins in) He suggests that trading is as forecast (don't forget though that it was last year too and you can see how that turned out). There should also be a trading statement in April. ILX may well be cheap but in my view, there are better bargains around. | aa29
14/3/2008 12:42 | DL, the ILX enigma continues - all the Company feedback has been positive and yet the erosion resumes. | spaceparallax
14/3/2008 12:29 | Need a bounce here, otherwise we break the historical all time low....:-( | davidlloyd
03/3/2008 13:52 | Orv, Thanks for that I too am unfamiliar with the C designation. With the traditional illiquidity of ILX, it's inconceivable to me that it could have been a Buy. Perhaps a sale of shares between major holders. BTW, last August was the most recent that we dipped below 50p. | spaceparallax
03/3/2008 10:18 | space - it is listed as a C trade which means there are bargain conditions attached to the trade-I have no idea what that means, but if they bought at 50p thats a bargain | orvil
03/3/2008 10:04 | Spread has also narrowed this morning. | waxinglyrical
03/3/2008 09:59 | Interesting to see the 100K sell this morning - it seems to have had surprisingly little impact on the share price Perhaps that's the reason for the retracement from the higher 50s - the sell order being filled. | spaceparallax
29/2/2008 14:27 | Perhaps. It would be so nice just to see some permanent progress - the constant oscillation is very frustrating. | spaceparallax
29/2/2008 13:48 | Looks like a time to hop in for a few little nibbles! | waxinglyrical
18/2/2008 10:17 | Positive announcement. | spaceparallax
18/2/2008 09:28 | Aye, I felt that the uncertainty in the size of the earn out payments (and the funding thereof) has been the key downer on the share price of late. Now its clear that there is no need for further dilution. Interesting that it looks like full earnout has been achieved - indicates that acquired business is doing well (or that the earn out terms were too easily achievable!). Also, negotiating a financing package with improved terms is no mean feat in this credit environment. Does show support and confidence of Barclays in the buisness going forward. DL | davidlloyd
18/2/2008 07:23 | Good news - at least there are no immediate share placement issues as I have previously indicated. Should help with price stabalisation. | dusseldorf
08/2/2008 10:11 | spaceparallax-it only needs one buy to do it-equally one sell will bring it back down again | orvil
08/2/2008 10:09 | What's driving this step-up? Not complaining, but rather a surprise. | spaceparallax
18/1/2008 13:01 | Anyone else wondering where the trading statement is ? Last two years, it's been out on 9 Jan and 11 Jan. | aa29
18/1/2008 12:54 | That size suggests to me a KB disposal. | spaceparallax
18/1/2008 12:52 | Large trade of 100,000 shares just gone through at 50p...hopefully we'll see a few more large trades and a move on up. A seller remains persistant, so either they are privy to information we are not or they need the money.... | dusseldorf
17/1/2008 19:05 | Well done Orv, A good price. I hold a few less than you and have done for a long while now - I still can't help believing that one day our faith will be repaid. | spaceparallax |
