19/6/2007 16:25 | I wonder what would be deemed as success? | spaceparallax
18/6/2007 11:06 | basically Kenny Boy has to cut the mustard by ye 2008 or on yer bike fella. I personally think he's got things back on track, bwdik. | deanroberthunt
18/6/2007 11:03 | A very interesting read, pretty forthright. | spaceparallax
18/6/2007 10:47 | good find AA. | deanroberthunt
18/6/2007 10:31 | Yesterday's Sunday Telegraph had an interesting profile of ILX/ Ken Scott | aa29
17/6/2007 14:44 | So ILX are expected to only do 1.95m pbt for ye 2009....on a pe of 6.5 and PEG 0.2....seems cheap to me. | deanroberthunt

15/6/2007 09:23 | Last RND from KB was this one: if its changed we would have heard as you must declare each percentage movement i.e. she hasn't broken 4.0% - must be someone else: The Company was notified on 22 January 2007 by Kate Blackall, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5 pursuant to the Transparency Obligations Directive, that she has an interest in 843,190 ordinary shares representing 4.35% of the Company's current total voting rights | dusseldorf
14/6/2007 12:19 | The infamous KB - I agree that it's likely to be her and that if so, her holding must be getting pretty low - thank God! | spaceparallax
14/6/2007 11:47 | My guess is that it may well be still sells going through from Kate Blackall - can anyone look up her latest shareholding? | waxinglyrical
14/6/2007 11:32 | yep, must be a decent size seller then, just hope its not a Director. | deanroberthunt
14/6/2007 11:18 | d -I think there is still a sell in there somewhere but us buyers will win in the end | orvil
14/6/2007 11:16 | 18k buy and your 8k buy and the share price hasn't moved? strange for an illiquid stock. | deanroberthunt
14/6/2007 10:41 | just topped up with another 8k of shares at 68p | orvil
14/6/2007 10:23 | also we've already banked ~£7m revenue for year ending March 2008 and its only June...thats more than the total revene for last year. I agree that we will have some dilution, but things are moving in the right direction...80p target seems a tad conservative to me. | deanroberthunt
11/6/2007 19:51 | Full year numbers from investment group Cobra Capital (COC) left its shares trading 2.5p higher at 26.5p. The company recorded an unaudited net asset value of 46.57p, double the previous night's closing price. And news of a large new contract win for training services group ILX (ILX) saw its shares gain 4p to 65.5p. House broker Charles Stanley said the deal underpins its target price of 80p a share. | knowing
11/6/2007 13:36 | lowest offer was 55p on last drop. | deanroberthunt
11/6/2007 13:33 | amkes you wonder what price they paid - dont think buy price has ever been lower than 57p - strange time to be getting out with all good contract wins. | anusol
11/6/2007 13:19 | very illiquid stock...you get stung big time if you try to sell in any quantity. | deanroberthunt
11/6/2007 13:15 | 10000 sold at 57p - thats a hell of a big spread! | anusol
11/6/2007 12:05 | Certainly not like the previous RNS - having said, I'd rather have a modest sustained share price rise than the bizarre oscillation previously. | spaceparallax
11/6/2007 10:15 | hasn't brought the buyers in yet! | deanroberthunt
11/6/2007 10:06 | Good news. The future is looking bright - let's just hope that the Mount Lane issues are being cleared up. | spaceparallax
11/6/2007 09:49 | I think the problem may be that they owe over £7m to various recent aquisition prospects - the lower price means greater dilution via share issue i.e. almost a 35% increase in volume of shares necessary (unless they can get the aquisition prospects to accept a higher figure?). So though they may now be generating cash its all going to IOU's for the next 2 years.... a summary orvil posted There is approximately £7,300,000 yet to be paid for deferred consideration (from last interims section 8 in notes to accounts): Provision for cash contingent (with one year) 1,270,000 Provision for cash contingent (after 1 year) 1,000,000 Contingent consideration shares to be issued 5,030,000 Total £7,300,000 | dusseldorf |
