Patience will be rewarded......should finish the year as one of my best performers.

I'd expect a rerating after the (anticipated) announcement in early November.

Long here, and consistently adding on a weekly basis.

Does Idox normally integrate any acquisition resulting in Overhead reductions, or do they keep as stand alone?

From the Interims:
Revenue was up 58% to £28.6mln - so annualised at ~£60mln
PTP up 53% to £7.3mln - so annualised ~£14.5mln

FMx reported revenues of £2.7mln and PTP of £0.9mln

So for £5mln they have increased their revenues by just under 5% and PBT by 6%

Interesting bounce off the 38p support, MACD turning sharply positive - a repeat of previous occurences would indicate an initial target of 44-46p

PJ 1, No idea as to the detail of the award but if for example an offer is made for the company anytime after the date of grant - they would be entitled to the payout. Say an offer were made at 75p within months, in effect they would get a generous golden handshake I reckon.

On balance though it is clear that most on here think it is fair, so one has to accept that and invest on the basis of your view and expectations.Who knows, those that hold could also get the benifit of an offer for the company that may have been fought off it options were not on the table, if indeed if any is every made.

PJ - Another company that I am invested in operates the same share option scheme. The rules there are that as soon as the target share price is achieved and maintained (close of day figures) for 90 days, the awards will be issued. I am unsure if the same applies here, but I am guessing that it does.

I personally think it is a great incentive scheme. It encourages directors to remain with the company and work hard to achieve growth. I'm more than happy for management to be handsomely rewarded if they are increasing the value of my investment. AIMO.

Daft question. Can the award be paid before the end of the 5 year target period?

50% over 5 years (if i read it correctly) seems a peanuts target?

I'm usually the first to be critical of 'greed' when it comes to share options and I have no complaint with today's announcement. When you look at what they have achieved with taking the share price from 10p at the start of last year to c.40p today (with a healthy dividend to boot) I think they are worthy of a bonus scheme. Also with a further rise of near 50% we'll all be rewarded when they are.

Worth noting it says reaches and stays above so we are not talking a short sharp spike, with that in mind i'd expect to see more than a 50% rise from here before they get them.

I'm pretty new to investing and really keen to learn. Can someone explain to me in simple terms how the LTIPs/Option programme will work? My initial stab at what it means is below, but it is probably not right:

If the IDOX share price reaches and stays above 55p (for what period?) the named members of staff will be awarded (is awarded right? - i.e. they are given them and do not need to buy them?) the identified number of shares? They can then do whatever they likes with these options.

Thanks for the help in advance.
