02/12/2021 13:13 | ...failed to issue a note so it's all very much under the radar. | agedman
02/12/2021 13:12 | If I could butt in? The focus now is to increase shareholder value. Taking IDE private will not happen - unless a buyout from private equity etc. There is stiff competition in the CloudCoco space - look at how Iomart is faring! IDE has a niche in the market in that it's cheaper for businesses to have their tech sorted externally than having to have an in-house team. As Parker said it's a win-win situation. What's holding the share price back is that their broker has | agedman
02/12/2021 12:53 | Dave, question arising from your commen on PIP thread... I used to hold here but sold out ages back. IDE - do you have any concerns about the owners and their strategy? I was diconcerted by their taking teh holding company private - looked like raise case, value decreases, take it back cheaper... Did I misread that? And are they moving key assets from IDE to CLCO? Really have not been following along so both concerns may be wide of the mark - but they are concerns (one old, one new) that have kept me away. G. | garth
02/12/2021 07:16 | Ta INHC results, reaches EBITDA break even from big losses market cap £41 million How about £4-6 mil ebitda instead for under £7 mil with Ide At least we woke up yesterday | dave4545
02/12/2021 02:02 | No - and it's for this lack of guidance from their nomad that IDE's share price is where it is at. | agedman
01/12/2021 22:17 | agedman Have Finncap got any future forecasts for IDE ? | dave4545
01/12/2021 14:35 | A strong hold waiting for value to out. | p1nkfish
01/12/2021 14:15 | hot to trot NT to buy at 1.45p now edit can buy at 1.44p after a 150k sale at 1.4p on Aqse | dave4545
01/12/2021 13:59 | If there is a debt for equity swap - thus addressing IDE's outstanding LN's then you'd have to base that on a realistic valuation. If this is the route they choose I guess they either issue shares to the full value of the LN's but at 5p - giving a mcap of around £50m or they trim the debt to say £14m but equity issued at around 2.5p. This is of course unless there is M&A activity. Whatever happens, IDE is extremely cheap @ 5p their EV/EBIT is only 11.9 (based on £4.2m Ebit - likely to be more like £6m giving 8.3 EV/EBIT for FY21) vs D4T4 @ 43.9 for FY22 | agedman
01/12/2021 13:54 | It was clear this would move sharply on any demand. They have been bidding 1.24p for size for a while now while showing 1.1-1.3p | dave4545
01/12/2021 13:28 | what's d4e anew the comparison with d4t4 please? | ali47fish
01/12/2021 09:16 | D4t4 - finnCap have a price target of £180m based on FY23 estimates of £27m revenue and an EV/Ebit of 24.3. IDE will be somewhere in the region of £10m PBT by then vs D4's £4.7m If they did do a D4E it would have to be @ 5p+ otherwise the independents will question the current valuation. | agedman
01/12/2021 07:32 | Hornby yesterday interims Loss of £700k, net cash £0.2 mil market cap £63 mil Lets have another trading update please IDE or a D4E at 2p+ | dave4545
30/11/2021 10:50 | ALT group is a tech stock Interim results, operating profit £0.5 mil, loss of £0.4 mil Market cap £25 mil, shares flying up atm | dave4545
29/11/2021 08:25 | wow you think I'm chimers I have him filtered and blocked :-)) | dave4545
29/11/2021 08:21 | So when you were masquerading as Chimers do you think LSE would put up with that kind of behaviour? | agedman
29/11/2021 08:10 | Because there's no moderation. At least the LSE cleans up it's site | dave4545
29/11/2021 08:05 | How is this site ruined? It was already a trashy place - full of disingenuous folk wanting to turn a fast buck! | agedman
29/11/2021 07:45 | Don't worry I have 2 months left of this premium and I'm gone for good. Already lined up a new provider for prices, shame this site is ruined. And you are right Knigel, but it's not just a pump and dumper it's one with so many free accounts it's hard to keep up. | dave4545
28/11/2021 22:42 | There’s a few people who don’t like Dave - because he calls out the occasional pump and dump but most of us are wised up to it - these twitter accounts sometimes call it right with a company they are promoting but it’s a shame they don’t usually hang around long enough to see even better returns nor say when they exit to invest elsewhere! | knigel
28/11/2021 09:32 | I don’t give a monkey’s about Dave’s posts. Do anyone’s posts influence my investing decisions - absolutely not. Do your own research, sniff out bargains and hold for the long term. | agedman |
