13/2/2022 11:20 | Hi Knigel, Any ideas why HY21 EBITDA would be £2.1m and full year 'not less than £2.5m' With a doubling of revenues, I would have expected the EBITDA to have been £4m plus. (The 'not less than' is somewhat misleading , in my book, as the figure could be so much higher). | wh1spa
11/2/2022 19:41 | Maybe it’s more to do with the net profit the company is making than ebitda? If the loan notes are cleared then the interest isn’t a factor anymore and at least a million will be added to the net profit line ?? Then a share price of 4p (presuming conversion at 2.5p) is within reach imho - so will just hold and wait :-) | knigel
11/2/2022 07:58 | ADF ebitda not less than £7.5 mil market cap £62 mil IDE one third of that ebitda but market cap 1 tenth. | dave4545
09/2/2022 16:16 | No chance with this stock. Buys do nothing and every little sale the mm's drop it and work it down and more people give up and sell it lower again. Hopefully debt conversion news soon and a nice big spike | dave4545
04/2/2022 14:14 | That will happen out of the blue and the reason I have such a big holding and when the day trading herd are hopefully paying double the price maybe more I will be like Billy Ray smiling in the pit going "sell" ...then "sell" as the profits continue to jump ! | dave4545
04/2/2022 13:49 | Or corporate action on the debt :-) | knigel
04/2/2022 13:48 | Needs new buyers, we cannot buy everything knigel | dave4545
04/2/2022 12:50 | Typical.. just rounded up by adding 92k and it hasn’t ticked back up :-( | knigel
04/2/2022 12:03 | ha ha dropping on a 26k sale, but when I buy 500k nothing happens | dave4545
01/2/2022 12:49 | I might add more but already have a seven figure holding so not just yet GL | knigel
01/2/2022 12:38 | Mostly my buys but again somebody is selling on my buying. I do not care | dave4545
01/2/2022 12:36 | Some decent buying today - hopefully we will reach 2p soon making it more likely the debt issue can be resolved!!? | knigel
01/2/2022 07:21 | Joules Group Net debt £21.5 mil, profits of not less than £5 mil market cap £132 mil Ide convertable debt £20 mil, ebitda not less than £2.5 mil, business growing and double digit growth in 2022 Market cap £7.45 mil That's some difference | dave4545
31/1/2022 21:08 | So out of the blue Apollo appears…… | agedman
31/1/2022 13:28 | DBOX up 30% Profits to be substantially ahead of "700k ebitda" forecast Why cannot IDE market their results like this, have the bar low and say EBITDA will be smashed They are probably going to make 2/2.5/3 times as much ebitda and worth a fraction of DBOX | dave4545
28/1/2022 22:13 | I thought there might be a buy order but nothing showed up, mm took quite a few shares early on. Think the real spread was around 1.475-1.495p 1.45p bid to end the week is a lot better than 1.1p but I'm still a little disappointed after that update, think we should be 2.5p+ | dave4545
28/1/2022 10:30 | I could add but i don’t like any one investment much over 20% of my portfolio - hence why I sold down TNT when it went mental over £3. However I agree this is still a bargain sub 2p | knigel
28/1/2022 09:54 | Added another 250k today but everybody else is selling on my buys. Added nearly a million yesterday. When they announce the debt conversion I'll be the one laughing not all those with zero impatience who sell for a loss within 36 hours | dave4545
27/1/2022 15:55 | If you take D4T4 KNIGEL where it's not far off similar turnover and earnings and they are £111 mil market cap, you could add the debt to the market cap here and take the cash away from their market cap because there is close to a £20 mil swing both ways. It still comes to £28 mil IDE and over £90 mil D4T4 It shows the value here, we really are trading say at a third of the correct value. | dave4545
27/1/2022 15:45 | Even if they trebled the shares in issue to repay most of the debt - wouldn’t this add over £1 million to EBITDA (from not paying interest) and a revised PE of 7-8 at worse? The market will wake up eventually... | knigel
27/1/2022 14:46 | DOTD trading update ebitda £21 mil so trading at 21 times ebitda £400-450 mil market cap. IDE is still trading around 3 times EBITDA Market still giving IDE a terrible rating because of the convertable debt | dave4545
27/1/2022 12:20 | Anybody want to cross me 1 million at 1.45p ? | dave4545 |
