21/1/2022 07:29 | I'm not going to list today's stocks making a couple of million profits worth nearly £100 mil because it happens every day and has no effect on Ide. For once I'm patiently watching the price drift without buying more but if it gets to 1.1p offer I doubt I'll hold back. Soon the EBITDA ratio v market cap is going to be 1. Think we need a trading update to get this going again, or any positive update | dave4545
20/1/2022 07:47 | Some catalyst needed, yes. I threw some stuff at the wall as a punt and sit and wait. | p1nkfish
20/1/2022 07:24 | Thanks pinkfish I guess it's a bit like the 22 mil contract Rns, 99% of the year the stock is dead or unloved then there will be 1 huge Rns to spike it and perhaps that will be the debt conversion at a big premium we hope. | dave4545
20/1/2022 07:22 | Just have to wait. One day. Something to do with the controlling interests and capital structure puts off any larger investor. | p1nkfish
20/1/2022 07:21 | BBSN PBT £400k for the year market cap £17 mil ebitda £1.7 mil But has a much better balance sheet than IDE of course | dave4545
20/1/2022 07:15 | GFM confident of hitting targets of £12 mil EBITDA 3 times more than IDE but their market cap is £145 million £5.71 mil market cap and still nobody touches this. | dave4545
20/1/2022 00:44 | MXC announced a joint partnership with Liberty Global. I guess I'm wondering if IDE (and perhaps Nasstar/Others) could be part of it. | agedman
19/1/2022 21:20 | Aged man - sorry I'm not sure I see your point. Are you suggesting that Nasstar and IDE would be a good fit?FWIW I was invested in NASA and did quite well out of it. | wh1spa
19/1/2022 19:06 | Funny I just double checked on the AQSE market website And on the 14th somebody bought 57100 shares at 1.233p and today they sold them for 1.1p Why do people buy such small amounts then cannot even hold them a week ? | dave4545
19/1/2022 18:56 | They were sales. I posted the online price and they took that and then sold the rest at the lower price. Wins dropped straight away to 1.2p offer on L2 after the 350k at 1.1p | dave4545
19/1/2022 18:41 | I did some more digging. Tony Everson is managing director of what's left of IDE. His wife? same surname was with him through Selection Services, IDE and then on to KCOM which was acquired by Nasstar. Now has the role of Commercial Change Manager with Nasstar. It may be smoke and mirrors but seems a coincidence! | agedman
19/1/2022 18:31 | Well if not Bed & ISA at least someone is on the other side and buying. | p1nkfish
19/1/2022 16:40 | Could be a Bed and ISA exercise. I know some online brokers aren't able to trade at the mid price due to Covid disruption/ reorganisation etc, so you're potentially left having to stomach the spread. | wh1spa
19/1/2022 16:17 | Not me!!! Similar holding but been adding - some people simply can’t wait for news and a re-rate (see TNT for example). Let’s just hope news comes soon and this hits 2p - will teach them a lesson | knigel
19/1/2022 15:33 | 200k then 350k and 350k First 2 got 1.1755p and 1.102p for last lot. I do not get it, why would somebody sell so low ? | dave4545
19/1/2022 15:30 | In one go? | p1nkfish
19/1/2022 15:27 | wow 900k has been dumped on Aqse Anybody want to own up ? | dave4545
19/1/2022 14:46 | You can tell the mm's just milk the sellers for what they can get out of them. Limits are not bad today 1.1-1.3p but 1.175-1.28p online All the mm's keeping nice wide spreads | dave4545
19/1/2022 09:18 | Cheers - added this morning as really reckon this is the low point | knigel
19/1/2022 01:00 | So Nasstar - another of Kestrel's previous holdings was bought out for £79m. Their six-month interims prior to the takeover announcement are here: I think IDE will be doing similar numbers -if not better - come the pending trading update. Strip out the loan notes and I think £60m + and that's being conservative. So a share price of 12p + could well be on the cards if we enter takeover territory. All speculation etc and IMHO | agedman
18/1/2022 17:39 | I doubt the dept holders want the share price where it is. Would be far better to take a haircut on the interest rate and see the price @ 10p plus - than looking forward for a few more years for a payout upon the expiry of the LN's. | agedman
18/1/2022 16:02 | Are the debt holders being stubborn. I mean they can refuse to convert and rake in a ton of interest year after year ? | dave4545
18/1/2022 15:59 | Don’t tempt me lol (but I will be adding soon) | knigel
18/1/2022 15:58 | You can buy 5 million knigel with your TNT profits | dave4545 |
