£50m + debt minimum I'd have thought.

MXC and Kestrel will be looking for a lot more than that.

Well if IDE can start to hammer debt then the value becomes apparent.

Still think they might get took over for £20 mil ish with buyer taking on the debt thus paying £40 mil+

Been some tasty takeovers in the last few months. Might be somebody looking at this one given it's probably on a PER of under 3

MHC £21 mil market cap

Ebitda exceeds and will be £2.1 mil for the year

That is what Ide made in 6 months.

Of course having a cash balance v a lot of debt is the difference here

I would hazard a guess at a distressed seller who is a perfect bolt on for IDE.

Look at money availabe at IOM now after revolving credit facility and a couple of others. IDE would make a decent bolt-on. What use the £1M? Can they use it to generate sufficient value to pay it all back with interest in short timeframe?

I would hope they have enough sense to know what to do with it to create value well in excess of cost.

What were you expecting then Knigel ?

Personally there was no reason to mark it down or up but go by the trades and that is what it is doing after the blatant shake earlier

100,000 max online at full 1.35p offer and they drop the bid after the open to 1.15p

Aside from the obvious error in the RNS - (bound to have to reissue one with the correct repayment date/year....) Is this a sign of pending M&A?

Would have been nice if there was a reason for the loan ?

Mind you if they are saying they can pay in under 4 months then it shows they have strong cash generation now

Just keep adding when you can imho - this WILL re-rate and the question is “when”? I reckon Q2 next year..

FLX interims EBITDA loss £0.4 mil market cap £7 mil

Used to hold these it's been loss making from day one, only reason it's cash positive is it's sold part of the business for a good amount of money.

Even with the debt Ide looks a way more attractive punt.

See that D4T4 had interims

There's some incredible high valuations out there for companies not doing that well.

Ide is just off the radar, somebody wanted out today or taking profits from 1.1p to 1.3p+ recently.

For the reason that Kestrel converted their loan notes at a discount. To me it signalled that they see value and also gives them a sizeable share of any pending votes. A good strategic move!

Agedman,

Thanks for the contribution.

I was in IDE at below 1p in 2019 with a fairly small holding - and did well on the rise. Again - back to you - run for the benefit of shareholders or STAKEHOLDERS? That remains my concern. How can you be confident that taking it private will not happen?

Kind regards,

G.

No concerns

Sold the time consuming loss making side of the business and now left with the thriving business.

Next results will be stunning
