YORG'' did you miss that 50m late buy at a premium 0.09p

what's that about??? same thing yesterday after close that 40m buy
at 0.0789p is some one accumulating before GM and prospectus release..???

we will soon find out…

What in my mind at the moment is less certain, is the coronavirus and what impact that will have both on the economies of not only the UK but worldwide and how deep, how long and how much this will effect the wider markets.

Although at the moment the virus appears to be in front of health authorities throughout the world I believe it will be brought under control in due course but how soon remains to be seen.

It is clearly fortunate we are now moving towards warmer weather which from my understanding is in our favour.

I'm confident we will continue to see progress over the coming months and in time the SP/market cap responding accordingly.

How quickly remains to be seen, almost certainly not as fast as we might like to see but as long as JQ, LH and Sam continue to build the business and I'm confident they will, then in time the share price will move forwards.

The coronavirus is now having a significant impact on world markets. Markets appeared to be slow to reacting to it but it is pretty clear now they are reacting worldwide to it. There is clearly going to be an impact on many economies the question is how much and for how long. The experts seem (from what I have heard) and hopeful for a slowdown as we move into spring and summer and then optimistic that a vaccine will be available late in the year or early in 2021.

Of course a lot can happen in that time.

I know not anything new it happens on a fairly regular basis but just a reminder when the ICON market cap is so low, in an area of business with massive potential for growth with an experienced, committed and dedicated team ICON should deliver the necessary deals over the coming months to increase the market cap here significantly in my opinion.

Busy day for me non market related.

I noticed top of the risers board today is :


SYMPHONY ENVIRONMENTAL (SYM) shares have jumped more than 200% after it received US FDA approval for its d2p® antimicrobial food packaging.


Now only at now only up 118%.

So what has that to do with ICON some may question.

Relatively small market cap (considerably greater than ICON none the less) and not in anyway related to the business of ICON.

What it shows once again how a relatively unloved company on delivering upon an objective of the business which has the potential to increase the companies business how the share price can very quickly and significantly change.

I don't follow SYM so I don't know the detail but the right RNS soon can quickly and significantly change a companies SP/market cap and fortunes.

due for release on 27th FEB straight after GM or on the 28th

well we should get at least one more contract update before prospectus
hopefully, perhaps the late buyer knows what's coming….. who knows??

also I'm sure J/Q said in one of his podcast that there would
be revenue update for investors after prospectus or with prospectus
I'm not too sure...

anyway'' hoping for a 7am RNS, or a good start to our day tomorrow

A2b you make a very pertinent point. Commenting in general this is a problem directors of a lot of companies are faced with. When there is a lot going on in a company that is price sensitive, it does make finding an opportunity to buy while information has not been released to the market as problematic.

Nice buy opening higher perhaps, unsure if it's directors as I'm guessing it's a closed period so they wouldn't be allowed to buy yet as I'm sure there's a lot of negotiations on contracts in the background.
