What difference does it make how far I am from London? Its also time. They make no effort to talk to shareholders via email/phone but they want me to take out more than 10 hours in my day and train tickets that cost over £100 to allow us to communicate with them. Questions they not willing to speak to for free but to the cost of shareholders.

"Shares can't be issued below the nominal value hence why they have set it where they have.", so you agree they set it to the lowest possible value so they can cream off their profits without any risk of losing? What do us shareholders get in return for our invested money and the months and months of waiting?

Directors of any company can never be certain what the share price will be any time. They can only run the company build the business and sign and secure contracts and deals....... or not.

Shares can't be issued below the nominal value hence why they have set it where they have. Whether it could or should have been higher is a question for them, I have no idea.

You didn't say how far you are from London Chanlfc ?

I agree they need to raise, why the nominal vale to virtually zero ? they have no confidence on uplift then? Why couldn't they agree to 0.1 at least. Could have given the boost to a small level at least. Or do they think it wont get above that level in the next 6-8 months ?

The nominal value is irrelevant to shareholders but it does enable them to raise more funds. It's pretty clear the company will go nowhere but down the pan if they don't raise further funds to build the business.

If your opinion of the directors is correct then one could conclude the company will fail if that is the case we lose the lot.

yorgi, so your answer to "directors not buying shares in their own company" is for me to sell ? Invested for over a year and take a massive loss? you must be joking.

Its thanks to them that we are sitting at this level by helping there mates make money to the detriment of shareholders. What have they gone and done now? organise another dilution strategy and set the nominal value to almost zero so they can spin their news to make them winners again. While we shareholders suffer again.

They are afraid to talk to anyone, sorry organising a meeting with 2 or 3 people who will attend tonight is a complete waste of time and money again. They could have been more positive in their tweet at least into the reason why they done tonight's invite.

No explanation, leaving it to the last few days to let us know.

Chanlfc, I can see from your early postings on the company back in May last year you were very bullish and full of expectation. Without question the share price performance since then has been diabolical to say the least.

The fact they reversed into such a toxic shell was a huge mistake that is also without question. It was down to the DD that was lacking but how much effort had been put into hiding all from DS and team is the big unknown. However that is history.

What will determine the SP/market cap looking forwards is how quickly JQ and team can build the business along the lines they have outlined and move the company forwards. So far the market is clearly unconvinced.

There are thousands of companies on the LSE in all manner of businesses and many with low market caps like ICON, which if the BOD get it right can prove to be very profitable investments.........The opposite is also true !

"Happy to take big salaries of course and not doing their job properly. Clearly there is something wrong and have no belief in their own company at present as they're not shareholders."

I would without doubt sell and move on if that was my opinion of a company and it's directors.

You can hardly say they are shying away from it tonight. You would have the opportunity to ask them anything you like tonight.

I find it hard to understand why you hold if you have such a low opinion of the directors.

However finance is arranged there will be dilution but if and it is if of course they are successful in building the business, revenues and in time become profitable then that will not be the big issue it might seem now.

The concern about dilution is always coming up on BB's it is a factor of most AIM and small main market companies at the early stages. People complain but still keep investing.....Of course if the company gets it right !

I disagree, they have not made an effort to answer shareholders questions and have shied away from it. I am unable to get answers Im looking for with the constant dilution ahead of us how they going to lift sentiment and share price?

Happy to take big salaries of course and not doing their job properly. Clearly there is something wrong and have no belief in their own company at present as they're not shareholders.

Firstly one does not have to travel twice. I was not intending to travel to the GM I will just vote through my broker.

Not answering emails and telephone call is far from a plus point but as I have not made any attempt to contact them either way I can't say it has concerned me. In their defence if they are running a "tight ship" and very busy as JQ has intimated then spending time talking with a large number of shareholders telephone calls only takes time away from doing the most important task of building the business. I'm quite sure not all will agree with this view. I know from conversations I have had with others in the past how time consuming this can be. Shareholders post on BB's they have spoken to director at a company and made the comment "you phone him and ask etc" and the director gets lots of phone calls where they are unable to say a lot.

I do think they should make the effort to answer emails even if only with a courteous acknowledgement.

To answer your last question, I'm not unhappy as I have not seen the situation as you have. We have had a regular flow of news updates and JQ has made the effort to give interviews to answer more questions and add to the RNS.

If I was unhappy with the company I would sell.

Well, its twice the travel to London in space of 2 weeks. They dont need to organise meetings if they just answer shareholders questions via email/phone. Lets see what they have to say if anything before GM. Cant really go on like this destroying shareholders investment while they continue to throw our hard money away on useless events. Surely you cant be happy with the situation and their silence ?

Being prepared to meet shareholders is a plus point in my mind and as for expense of travelling to London it all depends on where one lives of course. Weekday well all such events by companies are usually weekdays.

I don't know Chanlfc why they have decided to organise the meeting tonight...... your guess will be as good as mine.

My thinking.... It does give a chance for shareholders to meet JQ and team in an informal atmosphere and put some of their concerns to them and hopefully get some answers that put minds at rest.

yorgi? do you the know the reason why they organised the meeting today? it makes no sense as they have a GM in just over a weeks time. They dont answer the phone, but they think everyone can just "pop" into London on the drop of hat to ask. Not easy on a week day and more money spent to travel when they already lost most ppl's investment. When are they going to man up and behave like a proper company ?

Disappointing volume this morning but I guess it is going to require some further announcement of progress before the market is convinced JQ’s strategy is working.

EDIT

If you can call the 2 small trades so far “volume” 😊
