and geo political risk in the Market, no small micro cap like this can get that
amount of cash on tap,

Iconic Labs will be hosting a drinks evening with investors next Tuesday 18th February 2020 in Central London at a venue to be confirmed shortly.


Hmmmmmm more good news coming next week me think....

hopefully get us off the floor, and away from these levels
and stop investors moaning, perhaps some more clarity on this new £5m
funding facility, and how it's going to be use, would help...
although there is only so much he can say for commercial reason...

but any announcement on that SA deal has been signed and sealed
will IMO send us flying not to forget that £1m contract????
we know that SA has already got a big following on social media
that in itself should bring in huge revenue... if J/Q get the right terms
like he has at GSN...

So you believe without question something someone has told you in a PM without question because it fits with your negative agenda.

Clearly the person who only registered with ADVFN a few days ago and out of the kindness of his heart (if you believe that you will believe anything) to warn of monies owed and what a toxic shell would this was.

The following correction has been made to the announcement released on 7 February 2020 under RNS No 3938C.

Share Capital Reorganisation

If passed at the GM, the resolution numbered one in the notice of the GM, will have the effect of subdividing each ordinary share of £0.0025 each in the capital of the Company into one ordinary share of £0.00001 each and one deferred share of £0.00249 each.

what would add value is a very honest statement re why they used a toxic cash shell to list also they have to fully let all shareholders be aware of any future
liabilitys that are due not just in uk but eu (Portugal) comes to mind!!!
