1.6 billion shares in issue and only 173 million share votes cast What does that tell you when only 11% of shareholders can be ar$ed. The 153 million cast in favour were only bought over the last few days otherwise the 20 million against would have carried.

But that's all water under the bridge now. With 500 billion shares at their disposal the fun really starts from here.

Someone bought 90mil shares in couple of days,also ehgosf was holding 80+millions,and this is how they got all resolution passed!!Clever,now I don't need to say who bought that 40 and 50million shares recently.

Yep let's blame the Coronavirus not the £5 million available at. 0.001p per share. In fact if all the money was raised at 0.001p there would be more ICON shares than Corona viruses.

With the market as it is Endeavor to be holding is good......but that could all change either way at any time of course.

I think we will need further news of progress in building the business before we see any progress to speak of with the share price but the coronavirus is clearly going to hit all areas of the economy in some way but for how long and how much remains to be seen.

The company doesn't know who certain beneficial shareholders are so it writes to them requesting they reveal their identity. In the meanwhile their shares have been disenfranchised until they say who they are. WTF.

I think bod want people to think that there is big buyer taking all the shares and therefor they can pass all the resolution including finance.But we need to have some more clarity before passing resolutions,otherwise share price will not recover instead it will tank from here with EHGOSF dumping all the shares.I bet this will be sold soon with few thousand loss.Disappointing.

No idea.....don't know what to think. Timed at 14.34 and 14.38 and listed at the end of the day and price does not fit in at all with todays prices. I don't have an answer.

Were they from today, or a couple of days ago? I recall it went to around .9 on the announcement of the 1st contract but that was some days ago now. I have no idea personally but interest is there. Enjoy the GM whoever is going look forward to news.

I did see it Livup or should it be them..... there appears to be two about 4 mins apart. They are not reflected in the volume chart oddly or do they add to the total number of trades for the day in the trades list.

So I did not know what to make of them hence I did not make a comment as I'm not sure exactly what their significance is. They also appear to be traded at exactly the same price and a few more minutes apart than I would have expected if someone was moving them into an ISA for instance.

So I don't know what to say, someone else may have a view.
