Unless you are trying to sell BIDS stock you have no idea what day they are having. It's never about the rise it's about how many you can sell and for what price.

it's all about social first, ATM it's spreading like wild fire
the kids don't watch telly much anymore apart from Netflix
most of there time is spent on there mobile phone and tablet and laptop
watching videos they don't even play games much it's all changing...

there is no reason on this earth that ICON won't come good
when its ready, the team are well ahead of the competition
despite what the share price is saying, it's just the right news flow
to get it going, and J/Q sound like he has got a plan for that
in his last PODCAST...

Without a recapitalisation they cannot issue new shares at a price below 0.25p which is the current nominal value. So to raise funds through the issuance of shares they need a buyer willing to pay a 350% premium to today's price.

I can agree with that. Any RNS that can entice more mugs to invest will be announced. The live issue here is the amount of dilution to come and at what price. As of today the company does not have the authority to issue any shares at any price. They can only do so after the authoriy is granted at either the AGM or EGM.

Possibility closer than you think !!!

My bet we get an RNS stating a 3 year contract worth £5M plus & 1 x £1m contract a year for the next 2 years and rolling.
Together with update of Generated Revenue worth £600k plus and increasing each month from purchasers as per last RNS.

Then AGM gives approval of the 0.25 p shares hence why the 3 fold uplift from current share price

Its the Market Cap value that will be added hence why I see no reason why the current share price won’t 3 fold from here.

Really wish you luck on this, maybe back in if they sort the short term finance needs, but not before. If DS gets the boot and finance sorted then maybe just maybe.
