No. His Premium username was created in October 2014. He is involved in the shifting of placing shares at the corporate level. For him there is no such thing as high or low, up or down there is only the shifting of discount stock for which he is financially rewarded.

Disappointing day would be an understatement but I would have thought largely on the DS factor and I am inclined to think overdone.

It will be down to JQ and team whether ICON grows as company into eventually a profitable and much larger company as is the business plan JQ has articulated.

I don't see the logic in tying the BOD hands behind their backs as I don't believe that is in anyway in shareholders interests. However it is down to each shareholder to vote in what they consider to be in the best interest of shareholders of course, which may not coincide with BOD.

Voting against some of the resolutions does not automatically mean someone should sell up. Possibly if voting against all then yes as that in my view would mean a person has no confidence in the BOD. So I would agree then although there are circumstances that logic does not follow of course.

I may vote against DS being re-elected to the BOD.

not only that, what you are holding won't make any different
to what resolution they are going to pass because you would need
to have at least 15% of the shares in issue for your vote to get notice

Think I will vote against 4, 10 and 11 unless there is news and director buys in the next few days. In the recommendations it makes out directors who hold shares will be voting in favour so no votes currently then.

Amd75, AAOG IS relevant to ICON.If DS lied about the reservoir test result for AAOG in March then he may have lied about the £1m contract in May.In the same interview in May DS also mentioned a 'strong pipeline of contracts' and there hasn't been one since. You coukd say he has already lied about that. RegardsIHNC
