And in case no agreement reached then I'm sure they are not stupid and had prospectus In place to be published before six months are up ... so either way we are ok .... another thing we are expecting a busy newsflow in short term and I'm talking about with in a month or so and I expect share price will reflect In positive way .... so like I said pw your time is up ... you will be leaving this bb soon

There are clear risks of course and it possible JQ and team may not succeed but if they do they could build a successful and profitable business.

It’s obvious to anyone with a half a brain the BOD have a challenging task in building this business.

What is quite clear if they do overcome these challenges then the opportunities to grow the business is massive.

Livup I have just been reading through the report again just confirming my thoughts.

I’m quite satisfied with the decision I came to in voting for all resolutions. In my mind I would not stick with any investment unless I had trust in the BOD.

There is absolutely no point in expecting a BOD to run a business while restricting them in that matter.

Although I have not come across DS before so I may not have full knowledge of his past performance. What I do know is his biggest critic is himself a complete failure in business and wouldn’t know what truth and honesty was even if it bit him in the backside.

Because what AIM and microcap companies do is forward sell stock at say 0.060p. No official announcement can be made because the price is under 0.25p. However so long as there are sufficient safeguards in place to convert the money collected into shares via a prospectus and EGM the regulatory authorities do not have an issue with this practice. If they raise £1.3 million pounds worth of stock at 0.060p they will then issue the prospectus, announce a recapitalisation of the share base allowing for the issue of more shares.

Something has gone wrong or been delayed along the way as to why they have told you they seek the authority to raise £1.3m but not exercise this authority just yet.

But as sure as night follows day the prospectus will come or its curtains.

You know if placing is to be done then it has to be at or above nominal price which is .25 but you kept on saying placing or placing shares are being forward sold ... do you mean some one bought placing shares at .25 and selling them at .007 p .... get your arguments right first .And first you was scaring people that when prospectus will be published you all will be flushed out and now you saying prospectus might not be published and you are using this against company ... you do think that people are stupid who won't remember your previous argument about prospectus . I think you had 2nd thought when I replied to kasty about prospectus ... you do or say what ever you want but your time ISo

It does appear there are issues with the prospectus so they are going ahead with the normal AGM based on a share with a nominal value of 0.25p. But at the moment they can't raise any further equity unless an institution or mug PIs are prepared to pay a 350% premium to the current share price.

I most certainly hope we do but I can’t say I’m expecting any news before Christmas. At saying that I’m quite sure they would like to have something encouraging released for shareholders in time before the AGM.

it's a good thought SEP'' and believable, at this stage of the game
and with the talent we have, this could really turn into a happy Christmas
and a prosperous new year

perhaps we will get more clarity in the result expected
shortly, around the 30th of Dec with the AGM or before..

who knows?? but something good will come for patient holders here
if we can ignore the noise, stick to what we know so far, and DYOR....
been a good day all round, kept the whole lot this time, with no sell off
that's progress, and only 10% to get back from 2 days of sell down..
but that 10% will pale into insignificance.. when the right news drop

Unless you are trying to sell BIDS stock you have no idea what day they are having. It's never about the rise it's about how many you can sell and for what price.

it's all about social first, ATM it's spreading like wild fire
the kids don't watch telly much anymore apart from Netflix
most of there time is spent on there mobile phone and tablet and laptop
watching videos they don't even play games much it's all changing...

there is no reason on this earth that ICON won't come good
when its ready, the team are well ahead of the competition
despite what the share price is saying, it's just the right news flow
to get it going, and J/Q sound like he has got a plan for that
in his last PODCAST...
