13/12/2019 00:13 | Amd75 - "They have asked to authorise to issue 1.3 m shares and 200k worth of shares" No. They want to raise £1.375m. How many shares are required to raise this additional money was not known at the time and they told you that. They are now in a better position to say. However they told you on 06/08/2019 the money cannot be raised without a prospectus being approved by UKLA and the resolutions passed at a general meeting. At the moment you have no idea how many shares they intend to issue so you can't vote on something you know nothing about. A prospectus is on its way before the 30/12/2019. The law requires they need your approval to issue a fixed amount of new shares until the next AGM in 2020. But if you had half a brain you would be asking yourself why with several multi-million pound contracts under negotiations is Resolution 10 on the proxy form. | pwhite73
12/12/2019 23:51 | Looking like we should have a Conservative government with a decent majority if the exit pole proves to be correct 😊 | yorgi
12/12/2019 23:44 | You’re nominee holder should have already notified you. Mine has. | yorgi
12/12/2019 23:42 | There is a list of resolutions for shareholders to vote on Ihavenoclue. | yorgi
12/12/2019 23:24 | They have asked to authorise to issue 1.3 m shares and 200k worth of shares .... that's what they have asked ... nothing more nothing less ..you make up your stories how you like but you are proven wrong again .. | amd75
12/12/2019 23:22 | You still making up stories ... what ever they want to issue they have mentioned in today's agm document . They can't add or minus fro what they have asked to vote for .... don't you why you lie .. | amd75
12/12/2019 23:07 | Amd75 Resolution 10 - "To authorise the directors to generally allot relevant equity securities." As the AGM is being held on 30/12/2019 the prospectus will have to be issued before this date for at the moment you don't know how many shares the directors are seeking authority to issue. Is it 2 billion, 20 billion or 200 billion. How can you vote blind? I'm not going to invoice you for this point of clarification. | pwhite73
12/12/2019 22:59 | Given the decimation in the share price and with further dilution to come it is standard practice for companies to make it as difficult as possible for small shareholders to attend general meetings. You should be grateful the AGM is actually being held in the UK. | pwhite73
12/12/2019 22:02 | Anyone who bought in with the £1m deal has been royally screwed from 0.35p down to here.Something tells me they are not done yet with screwing the PI's as the prospectus looms. Why no news of it as PI's have to know what they are voting for? | ihavenoclue
12/12/2019 21:55 | Seems odd to have it up there when all the advisors appear to be London based so I would have thought one of them would have a room available. I guess they have their reasons. | yorgi
12/12/2019 21:50 | yes YORG long way to go indeed'' perhaps they don't want to see us small investors with 100 and 1 questions, like the last Q&A LOL'' and it's simpler to say all resolution pass and move on'' i don't mind in the least so long as they bring the good expected news before Christmas | livup967
12/12/2019 21:09 | Although Sheffield is a long way for me Livup as I never been there it might be an excuse to visit the area 🤔 | yorgi
12/12/2019 20:49 | Your dream of placing at .20 turned in to a nightmare after today's agm notice ..... | amd75
12/12/2019 20:28 | The rise was nothing to do with the RNS Livup it was the buying. That level of volume moves the share price that sort of amount one way or the other depending on whether buys or sells. It was pretty much all buys until late. | yorgi
12/12/2019 20:19 | Yes Sheffield would be a long way for me unfortunately. | yorgi
12/12/2019 17:45 | Anyone considering attending the AGM ? | yorgi
12/12/2019 16:29 | Well JQ did mention update by Q4 so very few days left as most will break up for xmas early. If we get the update we all expect, Thats confirmation of the current revenue received and if they can finalised at least one £1M deal, ICON will set an impressive stance for 2020. | sep800
12/12/2019 15:23 | all I was saying YORG'' is that it was a buy nothing else??? they know quick enough if it was a sell...LOL'' and I would have thought with technology advance these days there is no need to get it wrong, as the feed is direct 1 second that's all it takes... END''' | livup967
12/12/2019 15:14 | steady as she goes. | still waiting
12/12/2019 15:07 | The ADVFN software for listed trades does not know whether a trade is a buy or sell. It simply places the trade in either buy or sell dependant on the price of the trade and what the listed bid/offer is. There is nothing very sophisticated or clever about it. | yorgi
12/12/2019 15:04 | Livup it is nothing to do with hiding it but if the trade was made..... as a buy as it looks and then the listed price moved up when it hit the ADVFN trades it would fall into the sell list. So in effect, trade made, price moves up, trade is published and then hence is placed in the buy/sell list by the ADVFN software dependant on the price and listed bid/offer prices. I hope that makes sense 😊 | yorgi |
