cross-post from twitter (hat-tip to Magic): Cairn has farmed into a NS licence with prospect sizes similar to I3E:

Someone bought 300,000 shares at £1.18 (the full ask) the other day - that looks like an II rather than a PI.

Would an II be buying in size at that price if they thought a placing was coming?

Or, if that buyer was a PI, someone with that kind of money wouldn't be buying if they believed a placing was round the corner.

However, it's been a little while now since the 30th Round awards and the AGM is looming up, I'd like to see funding news before the AGM... ideally next week.

all imo, dyor, etc

JCAm might have sold more - down to 4.01% but not declaring it. Another's 80k matched trades declared after hours tonight

Roadshow has been over last and this week as I understand it. Purely an education trip, not for funding.

So is the roadshow over? Do the IIs get one day to load up before funding news Monday? If so let's watch the scramble tomoz.

At least JCAM does TR1's.

The big trades over the last week add up to well over 531,000 so it looks like someone else has been selling in volume but hasn't issued any TR1 :-(

Anyway, JCAM are down to fewer than 2million shares. As showme says, these could go fairly quickly.

A bit O/T but not entirely:

IOG has gone bonkers in the past week, but I find the £20m of convertible loans at 8p and 19p plus a load of 8p warrants a bit unsettling. London O&G (the CLN & warrant holders) could convert the lot and have well over 200m shares in IOG when the current issued share capital is 123m shares.

Whereas I3E has no CLNs now. It's way easier to figure out where we are as shareholders and feel comfortable that Neill and Graham's aims are aligned with ours.

My mistake Mr.T. Sure the city will be impressed with the prospects showme. Watch this space...

It's only 2 million which could easily go to some institutional funds after the roadshow which GH tells me has been well received.

underdog1, the previous notification was published on 12 June, but was from 7 June. So jcam sold 500kish shares in just under a week.

I think it's about right showme. It's possible that they'll refraining from selling any more going forward. Their holding has reduced by around 530k shares between the 12th and 13th June if you look at the last two RNS statements.

I thought JCAM would of had less that 5% of the company at this stage.

Looks like a MATD effect to me.

It will pop back up.

edit: strange to think that I could sell loads yesterday at 126p and now it's 116p ... and I didn't trade any :-(

Probably!

Looking to break £1.30 today anyway - funding news is imminent I think. They wouldn't be doing a city roadshow if it wasn't.

Over 500k traded today - there won't be many left at these prices. I'm honestly now thinking £1.50+ before funding news and £2+ once funding news lands.

Within 6 months after the appraisal well it could easily be £4-5 and more when production starts.
