One thing is for sure, whoever it is has been, quite rightly, confident that they weren't going to be caught out by any announcement over the past few months.It is very surprising to me the amount of stock that is always available to dampen any rises and push it down on quiet days and yet no-one has supposedly been holding that much other than NC & GH and that really would be a worry!

Hopefully we'll get something otherwise the AGM will be padded out with repeats of historic data, back slapping over the award and lots of wishful thinking talk of 'what we'd do if only we had the money'

Well looking at order book for shell BP chevron and statoil equinor for next year a decline is last thing that they all are predicting, lots of new projects I can see oil perhaps not rising but without doubt staying in 65 to 85 range.

I'm sure we all want news asap. However, in over two decades of investing in oil and resource companies, I cannot remember one which kept to its timelines, whether good or bad.

News will come when its ready.

I'd be amazed to see announcment before AGM at this stage. The AGM agenda will be written and I can't see them wanting it discussed etc that close to announcing finance. AGM will be minimum requirements of an AIM AGM to allow them to proceed further, eg sign financing.

As long as they are working on closing the right deal, to be announced in due course, I'm happy.

I'm trying to avoid arbitrary timelines and see nothing to indicate an announcement by AGM.
