Very very good summary mr.t. Couldn’t agree more. I think we have an exciting few months ahead of us. Share price is immaterial at this stage.

Naturally I'd have preferred an rns that said funding was complete and sent the shares up 200%.But in the absence of that, I like what was said today in the rns and vox/proactiveinvestors interviews for 4 reasons:1) We have reasonable certainty of a jv partner, selected from a number of options. Commercial terms & due diligence are more or less complete, and we should hear more details in July.2) Both parties are already working together on a fdp and associated matters (e.g. securing long lead time parts).3) The CEO & CFO emphasising shareholder value creation, and creating a drill plan & funding structure that maximises it.4) I got the feeling Neill Carson recognised that i3e were over optimistic in previous shareholder communications, and that they're now being more realistic.I'm pleased to hold, and don't mind at all if others sell over the coming days. I'd rather have shareholders who like the long term story as presented today, and say fairwell to those who have made a good profit and want to move on to other opportunities.

No I don't think it is but it is odd that they choose to try and nag away at the order book with loads of sells through the day, almost trying to spook the market makers, rather than sell job lots like most entities would that are trying to realise a profit.

I wonder what Mr 2500/5000 seller's plan is... it's either JCAM (but they normally trade larger sizes) or it's one of the swiss guys slowly realising a nice profit. In the absence of a TR1 or the seller revealing themselves, who knows?

Very much doubt that it's the counter-party to the JV.

Just listened to the podcast and it is undoubtedly an extremely exciting time to be involved with this company. Brent has just crept above $77 a barrel. I’ll be adding whenever I have the funds available until we have the news that propels us to multiples of current levels. Good luck all and well done for making it this far, we’re nearly there!

It really has not dawned on the markets yet, a counterparty is at the table and in the process of finalising what could be a major JV/funding agreement. Already alluded to as a 'multi-well' drill and development deal indicatively in the region of $200mln. The fact a counterparty is negotiating their way into I3E assets for perhaps 1/3 interest, really gives us some encouragement going forwards. It is validation from industry and there will be real numbers attached to it.

AIM is usually littered with companies destroyed by placings to fund growth/development. We have been told here that we are pretty much going to avoid dilution to first oil at Liberator 'fully funded for Liberator field and Lib-West' drill.

Once details of the terms come out, I expect analyst notes out shortly after, that's when it'll get really exciting.

Great podcast, thanks. Very difficult to find a negative from it, all looks good, especially the repeated emphasis on doing what's best for shareholders and the expression 'world class' in relation to JV deal they've got.

Just listened to it aswell. Really positive vibe. They mentioned it was 6 months of a partner selection process that led to this counterparty, as the best for shareholder value. They were tactical in waiting for 30th round license awards (they probably had offers on the table but waited on this).

Terms and Naming of the party in July according to GH.

Not long at all.
