That podcast was very, very positive, fully-funded, fully carried , JV commercial terms in July , . DD and negotiations have taken 6 months but had to wait until after 30th Round. The OGA delay wasn't there fault.

Yes noticed that as well Showme. They were also quick to mention that he could be quicker than 90 days.

Back stop to all of this is these are two experienced operators and there is no way they would of entered into a 90 exclusivity agreement with being ultra bullish on the outcome !

Like they said many times in the podcast "Maximise Shareholder Value"

Im determined to see the story out showme01. Massive buys on the way up/tiny sells on the drop and MM's taking the phish. Might see some large trades again after hours as others take advantage..

If anything Graham was quite flat by his usual standards.

Frustrating as it is this seller wont be around forever. Might clear off in two/three weeks time or sooner. Could be a stampede with limited stock about and impending news at anytime. I remain fully invested..

Thats interesting show me, I didn't realise that but makes sense. That explains why I didn't see a tr1 on another stock of mine until they were down to 1% holding

Also if they have a sell order, they don't need to TR1 until the order has completed so if they have s sell order with a market maker to sell the lot, they don't need to issue a TR1 until then

Not sure if im right but I think they only need to issue tr1 if the holding falls below 3%. If so thats bit ofcworry as they still have at least million to get rid of

I suppose what I meant was they aren't in habit of giving any hype, in fact the opposite. The silence from them is usually deafening.

It's down because there is a very committed seller who has been doing this for months [yet no TR1's?].

Not sure I agree with your comment about the BOD not being in the habit of over exaggerating - it is now 5 months since the 6-8 weeks RNS

It's ridiculous that it's down but looks like lot of small sells by people who wanted quick return and aren't going to get it fir at least 3 months if not more. I'm happy to wait as this is great news in my opinion, BOD isn't in habit of over exaggerating anything unlike some aim companies, so I'm co didn't this is just waiting game....again lol

I also noted in todays announcement that this 90 day period is to 'conclude' the negotiations, which obviously means everything is well advanced already. Next news will be the proposed terms.
