I'm holding too, my calcs show that even the original liberator oil they had before 30 round would be worth at least 2 quid a share and that probably only needs 50 million finance, maybe less

Supply chain rates remain low and suppliers are looking to take equity stakes in projects. Both bits of news helpful to i3ehTTps://www.energyvoice.com/oilandgas/north-sea/174857/brutally-competitive-market-to-keep-rates-low-as-lines-blur-between-operators-and-oil-service-firms/

For a share price that has gone up over 400% in a few months, there will always be sellers but also buyers at higher levels. Strength builds as progress does and that is a similar situation here.

If in negotiations presumably in a close period? In any event until a transaction is agreed what possible info could be released to the market?

Spot on catersJCAM sales have all been lumps reported after hours. The 5k seller isn't JCAM in my opinion.I think it is a mix of previous declared holders like CF & Nicolas Mathys & Miton & also some larger holding PI's who have got fed up with all the talk but no action and are realising a profit. We have absolutely no idea if they are any further forward than they were 5 months ago, just blind hope & trust in them.

How do we know it's JCAM offloading. This 5k seller seems to have a different trade pattern from JCAM (who like to trade in larger blocks)?

The share price is falling because those who were prepared to invest pre-funding have done so and JCAM are offloading their CLN shares.

Once funding news comes or JCAM shares are all sold, we should see a turnaround.

Going by the share price drop think the Market has come to the realisation that funding is not going to be in place pre AGM , N&G will need to do some fancy talking on the day if the share price is of concern to them . The Question is how low will share price fall if share holders concerns are not addressed on the day ! An update would go a long way pre AGM , it would give credence to what ever is spoken at or after the AGM .

Corgies. I have arranged the meet at The Ship afterwards and inviting the BoD. It is a chance to meet shareholders informally. No inside info. No nods and winks, just a chance to get to know the guys at the top. I have met both Graham and Neill previously and spoken with Graham since so they do know me as an investor.

Just catching up and sadly I'm unable to make it to the AGM or the pub afterwards . I must say that the twitter massage sounds a bit difficult to believe, why would directors join a group the have never met and and give them info they could have given to all at the AGM . Did we ever get proper confirmation of the roadshow ? a previous twitter message,

The one thing I am confident about - the funding s outside i3e's control as they surely wouldn't be dragging it out like this for 5 months (so far) so the question is why isn't the potential funding/JV partner keen to come to the table?Adds more credence to that Rockrose theory and them waiting on their report.Maybe next week then

They have a number of funding options and are in the process of trying to conclude the best deal possible. Malcy alluded to two deals on the table - lets see what happens.

This is still massively undervalued compared to many oil co's out there. These moments usually turn out to be the 'darkest before dawn' moments. Some are easily panicked out of their stock, but the real test is being able to get through the quiet time, even capitalise on it, because an imbalance can only last so long before it gets addressed.

The company has to get a funding deal, there is no way forward without one. They know this and so do we.

Volume is very light though, these could easily swing around with just a few trades.
