There isnt. More interestingly is that JCAM got their shares today. WH Ireland are the market maker that sell them. It's a common pattern. However the only market maker not on the offer is WIRE ( WH Ireland ). Maybe they are waiting for funding news too.

LoL :)

My point is that financial statements look backwards, not forwards ... and I3E have a load of value that's simply not visible in the financials.

I noticed this at the end of the results:"As at 31(st) December 2017, the Company had cancellation exposure to certain long-lead items for its Liberator development totalling GBP473,757. As at 31(st) May 2018 the cancellation exposure for these same long-lead items was GBP3,794,863."I3e have made significant capex commitments since Dec in preparation for drilling.

Cash - that paragraph suggests that in their opinion the current level of oil prices is not a temporary upward blip.

In other oilcos, I've seen management stress how their operations are profitable and they give a POO down-to figure.

Upbeat results. Like this bit;

"Outlook

2017 was a landmark year for us. Significant progress was made towards our goal of delivering material returns through the development of high-quality, low-cost, deliverable assets. We are now poised to make major steps in the Liberator development whilst continuing to pursue growth opportunities beyond our existing portfolio. The continuing increase in commodity prices will help to support both the value of Liberator and the commerciality of other satellite developments which will remain a focus of our future strategy"

I like the fact they are looking at diversifying beyond the Liberator area.

Funding news is coming and all indications are it will be on good terms for the company hence shareholders, which day or week who cares it will clearly not be long.
Relax and enjoy.
