tgg, when the 31 Jan funding announcement came out Brent was $69 and the exchange rate was $1.42 to the pound. That makes Brent >15% more valuable today in gbp terms. The Liberator phase 1 cpr assumed $57 Brent in 2019 and an exchange rate of $1.25 to the pound. So Brent today is almost 25% more valuable in gbp terms than that assumed for 2019 in Liberator phase 1's $200m npv10 calculation.I3e investors should be pleased with current oil prices and exchange rates.

He knows his way around oilcos.

Showme, Would we not expect slightly better terms since the oil price has risen and makes this venture more profitable?I noticed that their update mentioned two possible routes to funding, so hopefully a bit of competition.

You also have clueless derampers like tgg who has probably tried to trade this saying oil nudging $60 atm? What a fool. Google current oil prices and you will find Brent is currently $75.60. Hardly nudging $60.

Cascos. Assuming the funding deal is similar to the end Jan RNS i think this will get to £2.50-3 on funding news. The funding enables i3e to generate a huge cash cow with oil prices where they are. Prove up the 30th round acreage and we are looking at a mid tier oiler. £250-£500m market cap. The funding enables an aggressive drill plan to get i3e 20-30,000 barrels of oil per day. The figures from that are mind blowing. Could easily be £10-15 per share in just 12 months time.

Bounced exactly of the 50% fib retrace at 93 from the low on the 3rd May to the top on the 23rd May. Now sat on the 38% fib retrace at 100.5p. Funny how these thing play out..
