12/7/2018 14:31 | thegreatgeraldo12 Jul '18 - 13:03 - 2853 of 2855 OMG, OMG, OMG.... it's up a few pence, it's down a few pence and to think that when it goes up it's because there is a buyer and when it goes down it's the MMs trying to free up stock for an even bigger buyer. ;) | haideralifool
12/7/2018 13:38 | It's up tuppence! | fardels bear
12/7/2018 13:03 | OMG, OMG, OMG.... it's up a few pence, it's down a few pence | thegreatgeraldo
12/7/2018 12:49 | It really doesn't matter. What matters is for any shares they sell to quickly find a comfortable new home. | coscos
12/7/2018 12:39 | I guess the key issue here is 'Why are they selling?' They are early stage financiers and this is how they make they (mega) money. I don't believe they are selling because of anything untoward with I3's plans going forward. Interestingly, they lent money before the 30th Round award when, it could be argued, I3 was a higher risk investment (even at the favourable prices they invested at). | caters
12/7/2018 12:25 | I'm only passing on what I was told. At the end of the day progress and eventually income will drive this share price So far, so good imo. | showme01
12/7/2018 11:59 | They may very well have said that but they invested £1990264 initially [$2500000] and have, up until 14/6 sold shares of approximately £2.25 million in value [using average prices for the periods over which they have converted shares and then sold them and notified via TR1's]. So they had more than cleared their initial investements. Since then they have sold shares to the value of at least £216500 if you use a very conservative £1 share price for that period so, as I said, what they say and what they do may differ and that probably contributes to why they are wealthy individuals. | begorrah88
12/7/2018 11:14 | Begorrah. JCAM are 2 wealthy individuals. Their plan was to get their stake back and hold the profit shares long term. I have had this from a very good source. | showme01
12/7/2018 10:54 | showme It may be that if a buyer wants a largish lump of stock [say 200k] then JCAM is the 1st port of call for the MM's to see if they want to sell? I wouldn't necessarily expect the likes of JCAM to be completely upfront about their trading intentions with any company they are invested in. Not in their interest to say they want out as that could dent the share price - they would be more likely to say that they are going to hold etc | begorrah88
12/7/2018 10:52 | fardels...I've no knowledge of mm behaviour , intraday movement etc , but was quoted 116 to start with but told share price jumping around so went to main broker | corgies2
12/7/2018 09:59 | Which is odd considering the number of sells this morning. | fardels bear
12/7/2018 09:53 | Just had small top up by phone , took 15 minutes on Selftrade at 113. | corgies2
12/7/2018 09:38 | I believe JCAM are no longer selling and holding the rest | showme01
12/7/2018 09:17 | Morning beg,Good research and a good post. | caters
12/7/2018 09:09 | in addition to some PI's taking a profit we have 3 of the larger holdings still selling stock since their last declared holdings JCM have sold 216500 since 14/6 NM 184065 since 25/5 CF 379415 since 22/2 So our resident 5000 seller could be any one or all 3 of the above - not a bad thing as none of them seem to want to be in i3e for the future so just as well they leave and fresh investors take their place but between them they still have 4.5million shares to offload. | begorrah88
11/7/2018 10:45 | You'd have to be trading a lot more than these sell and buys to make it worthwhile though, I had to sell 5000 this morning at 117 to buy something, I could rebuybthem at 112.5 and make 175quid whoopee do, not worth the effort. | ducati2345
11/7/2018 10:26 | A bit of selling has knocked the bid right back to below Monday's close. It's quite volatile and, with a variable spread, hard to trade although I suspect someone is trading quite successfully. | caters
10/7/2018 14:55 | I thought it pretty clear from the agm that i3e will concentrate on Liberator so I think a 31st round bid unlikely.Having said that, NC emphasised i3e being tactical to maximise shareholder value and he would want to keep his cards close to his chest about any bid to not attract competition. | mr. t
10/7/2018 13:19 | Would like to see it there before funding news as well | reg1967
10/7/2018 12:58 | These are still miles behind where they should be, we haven't even reached intra day high of West Lib announcement! I think when ii support appears after $200m news these will really motor. | coscos
10/7/2018 11:48 | Cmon. Let's get to my pre funding target of 150p | showme01
10/7/2018 11:47 | OGA 31st round has some blocks that may interest i3e due to location near Liberator. | showme01
10/7/2018 11:39 | About to break out I think | a2584728
10/7/2018 11:33 | Woo there cowboy ,what's occurring I'm meant to be concentrating in a very boring meeting but been told off twice fur grinning like a fool | ducati2345 |
