06/2/2023 10:01 | Parob I will await results to find out if there will be amazing profits that look like they will increase. Not going to stay invested just because its the only company I know about in the space thats public. | yump
06/2/2023 10:00 | He's deperate to gather support from other crooks..19p coming and onwards.. | baldrick1
06/2/2023 09:56 | Come2papa What an excellent and carefully constructed argument. Well done. | yump
06/2/2023 09:46 | The award of the LTIP Options is also subject to continued employment, malus and clawback provisions and will vest in full on a takeover of the Company. This has got takeover written all over it as there is not really any competition to take out. If you want in on this profitable sector HVO is your only option and now they're gaining traction in APAC. Watch for more contracts soon in this region. As I have mentioned I've increased my personal target to 30p, but would expect 40-50p if taken over during the next 12 months. | parob
06/2/2023 09:43 | I think the moan, moan, moan bit is programmed into some posters on ADVFN, never seem to be happy with anything, apart from moaning away in posts, they need to get some fresh air... | troutisout
06/2/2023 09:42 | Ignore Yump he just loves investing in companies line FDBK BIDS | come2papa
06/2/2023 09:41 | How's your favourite loss making confetti happy FDBK and BIDS | come2papa
06/2/2023 09:37 | Let's see if there will be some significant buybacks this pm from the yankee crooks to propel this above 19p today.. | baldrick1
06/2/2023 09:34 | Parob Yes, its a decent profit, if you bought recently, but again, a bit more trust has been chipped away. I don’t just judge based on whether I’m in profit or not. That’s a recipe for disaster, as those who bought at 30p plus know. | yump
06/2/2023 09:33 | I think there are too much sweating due to extreme heat of burning short pants..gigglers and crooks :))) | baldrick1
06/2/2023 09:30 | Trout I’m referring to sales of the business, so have edited the post. You knew what I meant though didn’t you. | yump
06/2/2023 09:25 | Moan moan moan yet we're up 100% in less than 3 months.I think a buyout is on the cards sooner than many of us think. | parob
06/2/2023 09:25 | Yumpy you are getting particularly bothered today but your last post is hilarious, a great and profitable business, but could do without 'sales'.... | troutisout
06/2/2023 09:24 | yump - have a look at his CV on linkedin. He appears to have done 19 years at Pharm-Olam, including 15 years as EVP of clinical development. But he's now made the jump to CEO. If he has ambition to rise up the league table of CRO/Pharma Services CEO's then he has to think what is the best time for him to make the next move. At the moment his stock will be high, having delivered such a big increase in YoY results. A bit like football managers, CEOs are very dependent on their teams performing, and external headwinds can buffet the best CEOs and make them look ordinary. So when the results are going their way and headhunters are calling, then it must sometimes be very tempting to make a move before events get in the way. | 1gw
06/2/2023 09:24 | 🤣😂 | judijudi
06/2/2023 09:23 | Muchodinero Obviously you’re at liberty to “buy” the BS if you like. No doubt you would be a great headhunter. | yump
06/2/2023 09:17 | 1gw If thats the case then he’s not an entrepreneur - just another wheeler-dealer like Friel, who has no real interest in the business. | yump
06/2/2023 09:12 | Great to see Egle in that PA interview. She looks like she knows her stuff and so far two APEC contracts looks very promising. She appears to be delievering and so does Mo and the rest of the team. Let's hope it continues. | lauders
06/2/2023 09:09 | Rises taking place on increasing volume, bowl formation in play on the chart too. It's likely institutions taking positions these days as well. | owenski
06/2/2023 09:08 | The LTIP could have arisen out of concerns, on Mo's part, that the company would be sold in the relatively near future. If Mo thinks this is going to happen, say in the next 12 months, then what is the incentive for him to stay, having just delivered an impressive set of results for 2022? Might he not be better off jumping ship at this point, leveraging his 2022 results, rather than risk his performance record if there is a lot of internal uncertainty about the future? On the other hand if he can see a big personal payout for delivering a sale of the company while keeping the business on track for 2023 organic expectations just in case the sale can't be delivered, then the personal risk-reward for him in staying is tilted much more towards staying. | 1gw
06/2/2023 09:07 | Buys going through at premium, as the MMs treeshake starts to wither, if we get above 19p today and hold looking good for the low 20p's of second half of 2021... free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | troutisout
06/2/2023 09:06 | post 1662 "Because its not an incentive is it ? Its a euphemism calling it that. Its a bonus." .... and I suspect there you have it. If paid as a bonus, inland revenue will want 45% (or more) But carefully crafted share "incentives", with allowances/ISA/Sipp etc. the marginal tax position could be quite different | lfdkmp |
