06/2/2023 11:54 | Yump, I often trade shares which are hyped or ramped by 1gw and his mates. The trick is to get out before he and his mates do. Why do you think he has an appalling share performance record? Have a look at TLY, where 1gw and his mates are desperately deramping, portraying himself as a reasoned poster, getting lots of votes up, as he does here. lol Nano makes interesting reading. 60% crash within weeks. | sikhthetech
06/2/2023 11:54 | You really are making yourself look an even bigger tit. You will be left talking to yourself when this gets bought out, which IMHO will be sooner rather than later. | m5
06/2/2023 11:46 | M5, Why does TLY need me? I don't work for them. Is it a coincidence that TLY had hundreds of small sell trades to push the share price there lower, together with baseless misleading and some blatant lies. Now TLY has hardly any trades and HVO has hundreds of small buys. Coincidence or manipulating the share price by the gang. Honest guv.. Amazing how quiet the trmr( ex blnx) thread is today. lol | sikhthetech
06/2/2023 11:46 | I liked the Pavyde interview - another great recruit. Should Mo leave, which I sincerely hope he will not, she looks like a good potential replacement. Also nice to see Mo giving his lieutenants some airtime - it's a characteristic of a good leader that they employ excellent people and use them well. | supernumerary
06/2/2023 11:45 | Sikh If you’d bought a few at 10-11p you’d be happier. That bee buzzing around in your head stopped you noticing the progress here that actually made it investable, as against the previous hype. | yump
06/2/2023 11:44 | Some crooks buying again on the up ..another way to punish them 9n the way down.. | baldrick1
06/2/2023 11:42 | If Mo indicated he intended to resign but was given a huge incentive to remain then other BoD are likely to feel dismayed. It takes a team to run the company, not just Mo and CF. If other BoD start to leave then it can snowball into more resignations, which is not what a growing company needs. | sikhthetech
06/2/2023 11:42 | Looks like momentum gathering here anyway. Now we’ll find out how many long term investors (cough), are waiting for a 20p sell price ;-) | yump
06/2/2023 11:37 | TLY need you badly, shall I send the "gang around?" LOL. | m5
06/2/2023 11:36 | Actually running businesses with key staff just needs you to select people who are 100% with the business, not their reward scheme. There are loads of potential employees waiting on the slippery ladder and loads of excellent candidates - its just that the recruiters push those they know because its low risk and easy commission. Been there - avoided that - never recruited anyone from the incestuous gravy-train. In fact, I reckon the less “polished̶ On the other hand, I remember a couple of “professional& | yump
06/2/2023 11:30 | It's obvious CF wants to sell the business and probably hoping to achieve the price he bought the shares at. ST of IC had a price target of 19p. Has that been upgraded or will the crowd who bought in on his tip, now sell? Have Liberum significantly increased their target price, was around 25p?. Just happens to be around the price CF bought shares at. So where's the upside? | sikhthetech
06/2/2023 11:30 | Disruptors aplenty here..don't bother me | baldrick1
06/2/2023 11:21 | Are there more sellers??? | baldrick1
06/2/2023 11:18 | The efforts to disrupt the good news are really laughable. If some had run a business with key staff they would know how stupid they make themselves sound. | inaminute
06/2/2023 11:18 | Owenga, "How are they going to increase 2023 revenue if the deals keep getting booked for 2024 now?" Happens every year. Around a year in advance, rampers start with the significantly high number, around 90%, for the coming year already book. This makes it sound like the company will significantly exceed expectations but they don't. sikhthetech - 25 Jan 2023 - 15:27:01 - 1389 of 1706 hVIVO plc - HVO Because of the way contracts are booked, ie months in advance, they would have 90%+ booked for 2023 and some visibility into 2024. It's nothing new. | sikhthetech
06/2/2023 11:17 | I'm sure many are buying in now just for the prospect of a takeover. That in itself will support the share price as it continues to rise in a solid uptrend. I bet CF has a price in mind. | parob
06/2/2023 11:15 | It would be a shame if (partly by accident because of Covid) a financial dealer managed to produce a profitable UK business, in a field where we have great expertise and often world leadership (vaccines etc) only to have it sold off. Unless it stays in the UK of course. | yump
06/2/2023 11:10 | Looks like to me, the LTIP is because Mo indicated his intention to leave and CF wants him to remain. If Mo intends to leave then a LTIP is unlikely to persuade him to stay. It seems obvious the company is going to be sold on in which case Mo wouldn't really get the benefit, so why would he stay? If anything other BoD's are likely to be upset as a company is always run by a team. Giving such an award to 1 individual is basically telling other BoD members that their contributions aren't worth it. Having problems within the BoD is not a good sign. If Mo indicated his intention to leave because of any disagreements with other BoD members then I think he will do so anyway. It backs up my assertion that CF is still pulling the strings. sikhthetech - 25 Jan 2023 - 20:18:35 - 1410 of 1705 hVIVO plc - HVO Chica, CF hasn't gone anywhere. Just because he doesn't do the speeches doesn't mean he's not pulling the strings. Having a good speaker is no different from 1gw and his ramps. He talks a good talk but he's very often been completely wrong. 1gw makes a dodgy 2nd car salesman look honest. I agree CF will be looking to offload so expect some ramping. Well they just had the presentation, which you think was good. | sikhthetech
06/2/2023 11:08 | Seeing this at just over 18p eod ..but no worries..happy to see shorties short of oxygen:))) | baldrick1
06/2/2023 11:03 | Today hedgefunds got caught in the rising markets..time to sack their shorties losing money..mainly in hvo:))) | baldrick1
06/2/2023 10:58 | This is nice then. | m5
06/2/2023 10:50 | Too many clever crooks here ..in out in out oh..these crooks:))) | baldrick1
06/2/2023 10:49 | .."the Companies booking the trials do so well in advance and may have factored in their own development timelines into the date they book..." Quite....and this would conveniently suit HVO if it wanted to make itself more attractive to the market (PIs, IIs or acquirers), it's always a good idea to 'leave something for the next guy' ie a longer pipeline of business/better visibility. AFAICS | extrader
06/2/2023 10:49 | They will increase capacity. Mo has already stated capacity will not be an issue if demand is there | inaminute
06/2/2023 10:47 | Posters keep referring to 3 years to get the full entitlement of options. But if you look, the "deemed" date of the award is 24th Feb 2022. So actually it's just over 2 years until the vesting date. I take it as a clear signal that the main shareholder wants the company sold within that period and wants Mo to guide that process through. The main shareholder has been able to convince the other directors that this is a good idea, I would suggest. | 1gw |
