All CA and Hudleston share selling through desperation or paying christmas wage bills and bonuses is being brought up by new big investors and new private investors as price stays steady.

Seems some selling still going on from Hudleston and CA.Once they have finished price should start rising not counting news from drills and data room when it opens.

Hi Cash,

I seem to recall reading somewhere that the Company believes oil to be present to 2,135m TVDSS, 3-400m below the structural closure reported in the 2013 CPR. Is that your view?

Here's an interesting interview about what's next for the oil price - this analyst is basically predicting a $40 to $50 price for the foreseeable future

CA sold at 39.69p for 5,726,000 shares. Gotta assume that was snapped up judging by the ongoing effort to get back above 40p.Despite the constant increase in share numbers arising from the fundraisings, the actual share price of 43p continues to be a psychological barrier which people are unable to cross above. That was also the original float price in 2014.I expect this to motor north if that level gets cracked on big volume. The 2014 high of 53p may then be challenged.

I think yr right cash. It appears the released data thus far only covers or allows for 1644m td. Whereas seemingly the resource is much bigger /deeper....

Lesson, Gibso, Gary et all One of my burning questions has been how far down did pilot well go? We simply know last reported depth was 1644m where they continued to encounter oil with similar characteristics to Lancasters. The presentation may be indicating an answer. The image of Lancaster as a buried hill shows a pink line for pilot and horizontal. I know its not to scale - but clearly the pilot goes beyond the 3C contour and the end of the line is around 1800-1825m.I vaguely remember a poster on lse (was it sulisker?) writing they had gone all the way to 1825m and ended the well back in September-October.Perhaps I'm reading too much into it?Cash

I mentioned a few weeks ago that CA have a pleasant problem. Their large investment in HUR has been so good that the holding is over 30% of their NAV which must be giving their compliance people a nightmare. They are participating in the 34p raise as well and they have 20p warrants. Probably makes good sense for them to unload some to the market at higher prices especially if they are overloaded as a fund. Better to sell at 38p in the market and contribute to the company real cash for 34p.

It has increased yes but thats the min base case. So we'd expect much more for the 2P classification. ..

They also put in the pdf that between lincoln and Halifax there's 500mmbo .....

Possible bottoming out of dip followed by the next push up on positive news and breakout through potential resistance and open blue sky.

Excellent presentation. Pretty much indicating roughly what they've found with redline and CPR figures (albeit out of date from 2013) to put numbers against it. Cash
