This week you could get a better price than the placing and buy as much as you want which happens so many times.It's the big investors that do best in placings most off the times.

I think there will be mass buying when people get the money back for the excess shares, and the price is nearish 34p anyway. May as well use the dosh to buy some at 36p? That's my intention anyway! Will probably wait for the US elections to be over first though.

scottishfield, I too have eexcess application showing in full on my account but its waiting to be adjusted as I see it as no value in £ presently showing .on mine it states

Looks like anybody who applied for excess shares will receive 23% of what they applied for, if my calcs are correct.

£4.4 million to raise at 34p = maximum number of 12,947,767 shares

Total shares accepted as part of the Open Offer = 5,012,720 shares
Therefore total number of shares available to Excess Shares offering is 12,947,767 - 5,012,720 =7,935,047

Total number of Excess Share Applications received = 34,391,449

Therefore scale back = 7,935,047 / 34,391,449 which is 23% or 1 share for every 4.334 shares applied for.

Great that it was so oversubscribed, but would have been nice to have received

There might be a bit of nibbling from a few funds but I don't expect too much.

The important long term investor funds will have been fully allocated and the "In and Out flippers" will move on to the next discounted placing.

First up day and share price was close to placing price. Seems all perfectly normal or fine to me.

Terry. I dont see how the OO would be a stitch up to pi's if trump gets in. Thats obviously nothing to do with hur. Hur are conducting their business do as to create share holder value. Not much of your post reconciles to any logic sorry.

Imo wece bottoned now. Placing done and lots of good bewsflow to come......

I agree with your reading of the allocation Impvesta. 23% would be fine by me, rather more than I was expecting in fact.

In the end anyone who wanted more can buy at a small premium to the market anyway.

So I read it as 12,947,767 shares to be issued of which 5,012,720 is open offer entitlements. Therefore there are 7,935,047 excess shares available compared to 34,391,449 excess applied for suggesting a 23.07% allocation of excess shares applied for.

I hope I am misreading it and the allocation will be better than that, but that's what the RNS is implying to me.

Best to wait LD as you say, I expect people who thought they were going to get 100's of thousands @ 34p are going to be dissappointed. If for example you're entitled to 1000 then you'll be lucky to get around 1250. I applied for my entitlement + 40%, doubt I'll even get that.
