08/11/2016 16:13 | This week you could get a better price than the placing and buy as much as you want which happens so many times. It's the big investors that do best in placings most off the times. | gary38
08/11/2016 08:40 | AHV vessels still doing anchors ,STRIL POLAR back at Aberdeen POCRA BASE-Quayside, we may have news before this supply vessel leaves Aberdeen | laserdisc
08/11/2016 00:18 | I think there will be mass buying when people get the money back for the excess shares, and the price is nearish 34p anyway. May as well use the dosh to buy some at 36p? That's my intention anyway! Will probably wait for the US elections to be over first though. | tiltedtrader
07/11/2016 20:38 | next news Lincoln spud could be end of week then news on warwick by 22/11 an option to drill one well on the Lincoln prospect , which the Company exercised on 19 October 2016; -- a further option to drill one well in the West of Shetland area (which includes Warwick), which the Company may exercise at any time up to 21 November 2016; and -- subject to Transocean's agreement, an option to drill a further well in the West of Shetland area, which the Company may exercise if it exercises its further option referred to above to drill a well in the West of Shetland area, and which is exercisable within 21 days following the commencement of that well. ref to news flow see post by biffadog on iii this evg | laserdisc
07/11/2016 17:49 | Tks laserdisc, we'll see what happens, not the end of the world if I don't get all, just buy some more anyway. My accound sounds a bit like your, but I have the full amount of money allocated for X shares @34p. Yours, hopeful | scottishfield
07/11/2016 17:31 | RIG latest up to date Status: Moored @ Latitude / Longitude: 60.1395° / -3.926 | laserdisc
07/11/2016 17:29 | scottishfield, I too have eexcess application showing in full on my account but its waiting to be adjusted as I see it as no value in £ presently showing .on mine it states This stock is an interim line resulting from a corporate action that will be exchanged for cash and/or stock. Here is a post from LSE board courtesy of Mr toad thanks to him Looks like anybody who applied for excess shares will receive 23% of what they applied for, if my calcs are correct. £4.4 million to raise at 34p = maximum number of 12,947,767 shares Total shares accepted as part of the Open Offer = 5,012,720 shares Therefore total number of shares available to Excess Shares offering is 12,947,767 - 5,012,720 =7,935,047 Total number of Excess Share Applications received = 34,391,449 Therefore scale back = 7,935,047 / 34,391,449 which is 23% or 1 share for every 4.334 shares applied for. Great that it was so oversubscribed, but would have been nice to have received | laserdisc
07/11/2016 17:19 | There might be a bit of nibbling from a few funds but I don't expect too much. The important long term investor funds will have been fully allocated and the "In and Out flippers" will move on to the next discounted placing. | davidblack
07/11/2016 17:18 | I 'appear' to have been allocated what I asked for (including in excess of the offer number). Pleased abt that | scottishfield
07/11/2016 17:11 | You are of course forgetting that institutions were scaled back so I expect them to enter the market over the coming weeks. Will be interesting to see a few new names above 3% LT | ltinvestor
07/11/2016 17:08 | First up day and share price was close to placing price. Seems all perfectly normal or fine to me. Terry. I dont see how the OO would be a stitch up to pi's if trump gets in. Thats obviously nothing to do with hur. Hur are conducting their business do as to create share holder value. Not much of your post reconciles to any logic sorry. Imo wece bottoned now. Placing done and lots of good bewsflow to come...... | leeson31
07/11/2016 17:05 | TH a late trade takes up a a couple of sellers 16:45:07 36.0731 546,957 £197.30k as you say if you are in for a longer term it probably won't make much difference to anything ... it will consolidate, For the patient, we have plenty of news on the horizon | laserdisc
07/11/2016 17:04 | I agree with your reading of the allocation Impvesta. 23% would be fine by me, rather more than I was expecting in fact. In the end anyone who wanted more can buy at a small premium to the market anyway. | puffintickler
07/11/2016 16:58 | 18th October co stated I look forward to providing a further update once we complete our testing programme." would say 40 days to complete testing be a reasonable guess ? once that news is released then on to farm out talks, they said farm out talks will resume before end of year | laserdisc
07/11/2016 16:47 | "The Company has received valid acceptances in respect of 5,012,720 Open Offer Shares pursuant to Qualifying Shareholders' Open Offer Entitlements and a further 34,391,449 Open Offer Shares pursuant to Excess Open Offer Entitlements. The maximum number of 12,947,767 Open Offer Shares will therefore be issued to Qualifying Shareholders" So I read it as 12,947,767 shares to be issued of which 5,012,720 is open offer entitlements. Therefore there are 7,935,047 excess shares available compared to 34,391,449 excess applied for suggesting a 23.07% allocation of excess shares applied for. I hope I am misreading it and the allocation will be better than that, but that's what the RNS is implying to me. | impvesta
07/11/2016 16:27 | Best to wait LD as you say, I expect people who thought they were going to get 100's of thousands @ 34p are going to be dissappointed. If for example you're entitled to 1000 then you'll be lucky to get around 1250. I applied for my entitlement + 40%, doubt I'll even get that. | prefab
07/11/2016 16:15 | "Control17 Nov '16 - 16:10 - 12026 of 12027 0 0 Should get roughly 1/3 of excess application...." Or approx 23% if my way of calculating it is correct. | impvesta
07/11/2016 16:14 | prefab I just added some at 36p but will wait now and see what I actually hold | laserdisc
07/11/2016 16:13 | yes thanks that's my take about a 1/3rd | laserdisc
07/11/2016 16:12 | Open offer oversubscribed by 26m - May as well buy them in the open market @ 36p. | prefab
07/11/2016 16:10 | Should get roughly 1/3 of excess application.... | control1 |
