It maybe taking a hit as people actually realise what they actually have to achieve to support the current valuation and how on the balance of probability it's unlikely, so a gamble.

It doesn't help that there will also be over 25% of equity for sale in the market when Seba liquidate Crystal Amber in November either.

Share price takes a hit as someone on Twitter mentions Seba and CA kicking off in November.

I'm sure they will not be keen on opening the books here as the two board executives were fully involved .. key questions in how they behaved revolve around the solvency of the business when they took such actions ..ie the restructuring. They claim the business was insolvent the high court disagreed. The actions and advice of the company's nomad and the other specialists ( like evercore) brought in who all earned big fees pushing the restructuring through could also be questioned.Presume we are talking just about the restructuring , because one could look back at behaviour of previous executives in the information given to the market if you want to go back a bit and question behaviour!

Fellas - on LSE board 09.12 am today 'senseman' post 'EMAIL HUR NED's SUPPORTING CRYSTAL AMBER FUND REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION' - please read and email the 2 NED's as per senseman's email or variation thereof. The end goal being to ascertain whether bad people did bad things re bonds not being bought back at up to 70% discount, and why $17 million spent on failed restructuring plan. HUR carries Director & Officer insurance - so if malfeasance is found, $17+ million up for grabs from insurer or any ex or current director involved. Imagine what an extra $17+ million in HURs kitty would do to the SP

I would like to point out that the bad guys are still out there unpunished acting around - and a new attack can come HURs way. why - because the CB holders that were "organized" - acted as one in the latest bid offer. Meaning they did not dissolve (yet) and probably still see the significance of sticking together. So there is a future plan - a glue - holding them together. imho

Interesting to note that Institutional Shorters here now seem to be rapidly closing their HUR Short Positions, particularly with the new HUR BoD in full action and Brent reaching ~$80 (both Kite and Astaris have just further reduced their positions with now only Kite remaining with a very small position which will also likely be closed soon):

spot on malcy

"Also the FPSO is going at amazing uptime rates, given it was getting such bad press makes me feel that it has to fight its corner every step of the way. If I didn’t know any better I would say that the ghost of directors past was trying to create unnecessary disquiet in the hood.'"

"Nigwit are you deluded, all the windmills, hydro schemes, solar panels, etc etc etc and every other renewable energy you can ever think of,, these items are made in factories by machines and are shipped all over the world in boats, lorries, trains etc,, these all require oil to run, a world with no oil will grind to a holt, the bread you ate this morning is made by a machine and was transported to the shop in a lorry and the combine harvester that cropped it and the tractor that planted it,, you could go on and on all day,, oil is only going to keep going one way and that is up,, all these electric cars are made in factories by machines,, everything in the world needs oil"

You're missing the point. The share price of oil stocks is affected only by the willingness of the market to invest in them. By April 2020, a total of 1,192 institutions and over 58,000 individuals representing $14 trillion in assets worldwide had begun or committed to a divestment from fossil fuels.

Anyhow, if you wanted to ride the oil price why not buy oil futures? That's what I'd do instead of buying this dog since, after today's RNS, it looks very much like the new board are being forced by well performance to come to the same conclusions as the old board who look likely to be fully vindicated sooner rather than later.

So blatant it's laughable . Good on Malcy for saying it as it is. Rather hoping CA come back again gloves off. Hopefully they have used the past few months to help line up new mgt . Therefore the 30 day threat for no CEO a would not be an issue. Get rid of these disingenuous clowns....

Malcy's not wrong.

'To say that I don’t understand this set of numbers significantly is an understatement, operationally Hurricane is actually appearing to go well, prices are creating operating cash flows materially ahead of market forecasts including my own but are not recognised.

Also the FPSO is going at amazing uptime rates, given it was getting such bad press makes me feel that it has to fight its corner every step of the way. If I didn’t know any better I would say that the ghost of directors past was trying to create unnecessary disquiet in the hood.'
