Wbodger, no it's over if the ESP fails or the well swabs due to high water cut, or they cannot do a 1 year extension with Bluewater which requires a contract variation.

Maybe a hint to where things are focusing in ??? Fingers crossed. The economics past a 12 month extension are less certain , but if they could secure 12 months on sensible terms and max production in last 3 months would be a very decent cash generator.

Rightly or wrongly the executives i think are still in negative gear following months of talking things down…this is obviously not without risk but the estimates from CA there show the potential. Rather hoping with production and the oil price surpassing their even recent forecasts at some point they may discuss the future revenues and prospects with perhaps a more optimistic tone..but having talked things down so much rather difficult to suddenly say the restructuring we pushed was not necessary and we wasted shareholder funds?
CA pushing for an enquiry into the boards and advisors actions not that could be interesting but will the new board have the stones to set in motion…it would expose a lot of dirty washing and may evidence behaviour especially following the court ruling that was not appropriate in terms of protecting stakeholders interests.
Get the popcorn could be fun !
Any shareholders who feel strongly about the boards behaviour during the run up and attempted implementation of the restructuring should contact the chair to support CA call for investigation …if shareholders have suffered at inappropriate actions of the board a professional indemnity claim could be made i guess ..might get some of the $17m of fees back ?? Guess this is the point.

Brent @ $80.31 at the moment = an extra $1m (compared to yesterday's POO open price) for HUR on its forthcoming 500k uplifting. Every little increase in POO helps!
