09/4/2021 07:44 | Lol a company producing oil? Oil in boom phase? And a bod in 6 months can’t to a year and can’t give specifics??? Looks like teachers off and the kids are Playing around? | comedy
09/4/2021 07:29 | Good morning Leo Why repost stuff which makes no sense? The stuff you’ve just posted manages to combine both 1) conspiracy theory and 2) basic financial illiteracy. 1) Board members are not misrepresenting the situation in order to drive the share price down. 2) There is zero possibility of a takeover because there is nothing to take over. No assets and no prospects. It's sad. but that’s how it is. | tournesol
09/4/2021 07:08 | Weren't we supposed to get the quarterly production update this week as we usually get in the first week after the end of a quarter? | sji
09/4/2021 05:27 | Fever man post 3 "Unless the oil stops flowing the bondholders are in with a chance of getting their cash back but if they play too much hard ball, they risk driving this to the wall (which is what the board wants it seems). The most logical and neatest solution is for this to get taken over. Hence I think the share price has not cratered which has caught the idiot board by surprise. They just dont have the skill sets for the game now being played." | leoneobull
08/4/2021 20:03 | Feverman post 2"Bottom Line is this: Hurricane as independent is dead in the water thanks to Trice and the Board's failure to manage him and their actions since. So this is where it gets interesting " What is the future value of the cashflow from their one successful well, plus tax credits, plus unexplored acreage worth to someone, assuming that a deal can be reached with the bondholders (who want their money back). Any talk of an equity raise seems mad to me; no one would underwrite and without a clear strategy it will not get s/holder support, so the bondholders are also in a bind....."Quite.... | leoneobull
08/4/2021 20:01 | Fever man LSE "This has to be one of the most incompetent, craven, leaderless group of NEDs I have encountered in many years of being a City pro. having sat on a plc board of a much larger group, I am incredulous at (a) the complete lack of contrition for their appalling stewardship (b) the Board's seemingly comprehensive failure to craft/enunciate any sort of strategy (c) the total breakdown in communications with their shareholders, large and small (d) no resignations (e) what appears to be a cynical stitch up of teh new CEO, whiom if he had known the extent of teh mess he was joining would not have.....I can see the discussions around the boardroom and they will not be pretty. Weak chairman, disinterested non-entities NEDs who I doubt have anything constructive to add, a CFO who is probably not up to the task, and a CEO wondering who is in charge. If you were Evercore the bankers hired to manage the financing you would be sitting with your head in yours hands (and probably chatting with Crystal Amber) | leoneobull

08/4/2021 19:16 | From LSE, slift"Beverley Smith: Prior to joining HUR as Non-Executive Director, she was unemployed and was on a sabbatical for 5 years, holidaying. With 6 months on board, she was appointed "Interim CEO" following disagreement with Dr Trice and made shareholders lives hell."And then she joined TXP...GLA | leoneobull

08/4/2021 18:08 | If it was a sell, it would have crashed the sp, at 2.67 it was clearly either CA or Kerogen..... | leoneobull
08/4/2021 18:06 | I mention this as it is clear the useless BOD have no plan at all, so let CA make the plan for them by GETTING RID OF THE LOT | leoneobull
08/4/2021 18:05 | I actually agree with NGMS. You don't see 14 m and 13.5 m buys without something happening. I do wonder if there is a plan B, buy out HUR or controlling stake anyway, sack the entire BOD, develop Lincoln , run Lancaster down and pay off the CBs using Lancaster revenue. CA said they would take action and I believe they drove the CB price up by buying some to reduce net debt . They know technical people who see value here... | leoneobull
08/4/2021 17:29 | No idea, but if any of those blocks are CA buys or sells, they need to put out a holdings announcement | thegreatgeraldo
