Looks like a line cleared 3.7m at 2.8p when they dropped them back mid afternoon they then ran after this printed. Not much of a technical analyst but current pattern could see the gap formed at the Dec update filled to 4p. I can see no fundamental basis for such a move even with firm oil until there is clearer picture on boards proposals on production and funding...but these are not normal times and if they run wouldn't be that surprised.

i did notice 1mm upped by 1/2p, they are new to market on a few other stocks, the offload has been brought forward at Rotterdam now started at 16.37 this afternoon its a quick release terminal and offload will complete tomorrow around 2.30pm i notice that as brent has risen since last week hur receive a little extra for the diff in price as of today

Curious move. Kicked off by buying for sure. But sellers aplenty at 3p it seems and the buyers backed off.

In the circumstances, FWIW, it's useful to look at the closing auction. Sometimes you can spot if there's ongoing buying interest by a large volume at or above the last market offer price. On this occasion there doesn't seem to have been any trade, which says to me that straddling 3p is a genuine price for now,

That doesn't mean the buyers won't return tomorrow and I suspect that someone, maybe an MM or two, was lurking, waiting to pick up stock at a smidge under 3p. So the MMs could have been caught a little by the rise and become inadvertently short.

Early trades tomorrow will be quite important in determining the direction of travel.

To be fair whether you are up or down in a share is not a measure of value it is just your p & l ..if you sell winners and hold losers I don't find that proves a solid strategy. But good luck with it.

I bought this morning. Not a huge amount- but it’s in profit already? Things must be looking up. I had expected it to be slightly down. at least I’ve lowered my average again.

And a little peace of advice to you all..I'm also HUR holder. I want it to rise as much as you all do but I don't think its going up anytime soon. My advice to you is buy XTR its got too much in the pipeline. Dont say I didn't warn because when I warned people to buy GKP when it was at 11p they ignored me. Just heads up. Good luck and the choice is yours.

Much aasier than that to filter the clowns......click on the arrow next to poster's name & that brings up a short menu..... you can see if they're having a bad day or just post nonsense & there's the option to filter
