The info from DECC is interesting and to be expected. I'm sure the Doc is doing what he said he would do and that good news will soon be with us. Hopefully, with all our ears to the ground, we will become aware of some details within the next four weeks.

If a discharge will not contain oil it is not subject to these Regulations and no Oil Discharge Permit is required

regs state must be oil in whats being discharged

According to the Lse board a Decc permit for oil discharge was applied for yesterday.LT
